It's like a broken record when you read…
It's like a broken record when you read the reviews, and I'm here to tell you the same thing. Ordered a replacement rack for my dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 6 business days. I was charged for the part at the time of the order (instead of when it shipped). On Day 6, I hadn't received any shipping notification, so I contacted the company. The response was that it was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for 3 months. I ended up getting my money back, but I can almost guarantee they would have kept it had I not contacted them. Totally shady.
Ordered two control boards for Amana…
Ordered two control boards for Amana Ptac units. After waiting for more than a month with no updates, I attempted to contact the company through email, phone, and chat. I can never reach anyone at the company. After multiple attempts at contact, I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim against applianceparts 365.
Only after doing this, a week later they sent me an email stating then the order was canceled. I wish I had read some of the reviews on this company before placing my order
Very poor costumer service
Very poor costumer service. My Debit Card was deducted but my orders are nowhere to be found. Costumer service leaves you with no updates.
Update:
They recently updated their website. They said that they have no records of my latest transactions, but my bank records say otherwise. My money is gone. It's just like that. If you don't want HEADACHES, avoid this company.
I received the part early
I received the part early. It was exactly what I ordered. When I installed the part it worked. I am very happy with Appliance Parts 365.
Scam - con artists
Scam. Never sent the part, strung me along for a year with "it's at the warehouse, it's in shipping, etc." and never refunded the $150 I paid in advance for an item their website said was IN STOCK!
DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!
the part worked great
the part worked great. I installed it immediately.
The self was the wrong size

Thank you

No Refund Received
Ordered a part on Oct 12, 2021 and received order confirmation with an estimated shipping date of 2-9 business days. On Oct 14, 2021 received an email informing me this part was BACKORDERED. I checked the status of this order in April 2022; it remained on BACKORDERED. On Dec 1, 2022, I requested this order be cancelled and my $66.14 be refunded. I was informed via email from Bryan that a check would be issued to me for this amount. This refund amount has never been received even after a Jan 24, 2023 email checking on the processing of this refund. Another email on March 1, 2023 was sent informing this company of their negligent refund process.
This truly frustrating example of poor customer service should make any potential customer fearful of doing business with such a corrupt, unprofessional and unethical business entity.
I submitted a claim to the Consumer Protection Division of my states Attorney General's Office since Appliance Parts 365 ignored all my attempts to resolve this situation with them.
What or how do you grade someone who…
What or how do you grade someone who agrees to a service or to (in this case) fulfill an order, takes your money (paid in good faith), and then doesn't fill the order (partial), and then ignores you. Seems like ZERO stars would be adequate. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before dealing with this "company"
More than six business days after they responded with automated answer "currently being reviewed".
I paid $80 for four parts. I received one, in a box marked one of one, from another parts distributor with label stating one part. What exactly is being reviewed?
Poor Customer Service
Avoid this merchant at all costs. I knew that I would have an issue as soon as I placed my order. I received an email confirming one of my orders that included the following statement: "In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannont be cancelled or modified once it is placed. Please refer to our return/exchange instructions on how to return your order once you receive it." So if you ordered the wrong part, you can't call or email anyone to correct it. They charge you for priority shipping, then once you get the incorrect part, you can email them for a Return Authorization Number and mail it back at your expense. Their website says to allow 48 hours for a response, but I had to wait 96 hours and also send an email asking why it was taking so long to get a return authorization number. This part is very important because you only have 30 days from the date of your order to return the item to them or they get your item and you get Nothing. You ship the item back at your expense (be sure to track it, so they can't claim they didn't receive it back) and of course they deduct 10% from your refund for a restocking fee. Then and only then, can you order the correct part that you really needed, as if I'd place another order with them. I ordered two items from AP365 because when I ordered the first part, it stated in the remarks that I needed another part in order to make the first part work correctly, but conveniently for AP365, the additional part that I ordered isn't eligible for a refund. I ended up not using either part because they were the wrong parts, So a brand new part never opened went into the trash. Another Red Flag is on their Returns Page. At the Very Top, they ask you, if you return something they won't take back, do you want them to throw it away (like they are really going to do that, you know they would just resell it) or should they return it back to you, at your expense, what would you do with a part you didnt need, and pay shipping twice? I would Not recommend Appliance Parts 365 to anyone. They never sent a conformation email for the second item. They have soo many negative reviews but after my personal poor experience dealing with them, I can honestly say they have earned every low review they have received.
Ordered part for my LG washer
Ordered part for my LG washer. Part arrived within a week. Very pleased with Applianceparts365.
Crooked Company
If I could zero stars I would. I ordered a part and they took my money. When I emailed to follow up on the part they told me that my order is cancelled and my money will be refunded in 3-5 days. No explanation. I don't believe they would have ever contacted me to let me know that the order was going to be cancelled if I hadn't contacted them. I asked for a number to speak with someone to no avail. This company is crooked!
Great order and easy to find part for dishwasher
Easy order and quick delivery.
Appliance365.com bait and switch
I recently ordered a part for my Whirlpool automatic washing machine from Appliance365.com. The information regarding delivery said to expect it in 2-6 business days. I ordered the part, and noted that it was charged to my credit card immediately.
13 days later, I still have no part, and have yet to receive any acknowledgement from Appliance365.com that the order was even placed.
I contacted my credit company, they verified that the charge had been made, and gave me the telephone number for the company.
Calling the number resulted in being told that I must communicate with them via email or chat.... so, I chose chat.
It took a fair amount of time for the chat person to respond. Ultimately, I was told that the part I had ordered was out of stock. I could expect delivery, possibly by mid June! This was after being led to believe it would arrive in 2-6 days.
When I pointed out to the chat person that I was expecting delivery in 2-6 days, that was the impetus for my order, I was told that the only way to be assured that I would receive the item in that time frame was to pay for premium shipping. This essentially doubles the price of the item..
When I inquired if persons who paid the premium shipping would receive their item before them that did not pay premium shipping, I was told that this was the case. That, unless you paid premium shipping, no matter what the date of your order, them that paid premium shipping would always have their order filled first. The chatter admitted that, my order would be delayed indefinitely unless I paid the premium rate. They said this was detailed on their website. IT is NOT how they advertise when you place your order.
This is a prime example of BAIT AND SWITCH. This is unethical, if not illegal. But, I am sure, most people pay the additional fee to get the part, because they need it.
Very poor business model for the following reasons:
1) Did not send any email acknowledging receipt of the order.
2) Failed to notify me of the delay of the part due to restocking.
3) Do not make it clear that, unless premium shipping is paid, you may never receive your ordered component.
Beware!
Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, and the product was delivered within the promised timeframe.
Never got what I ordered
Never got what I ordered. This site is a scam. Don't order anything from this scam site. I waited too long to call the credit card company thinking the economy had affected their supplyline. Nope. Just a scam. They will take your money and run. STAY AWAY from these jerks.
