Received all parts ordered in a timely manner and undamaged. Thanks again!!

Website was great and easy to order what I needed.

I ordered a part on Feb 28 that was (is) supposed to be in-stock. The part hasn;t been shipped yet and there's been no response to my multiple queries.

I would really appreciate with they improve their non-existent customer support.

I haven't received my order. It has been over a month. Your company was quick to take my money but not ship my order. I have received emails stating the part was on back order and it was to be shipped last week. I haven't gotten any notice of it's shipping or reply for my order and what is happening. I'm am beyond frustrated with your customer service and lack of communication. Because of this I have had to go to the laundromat for the last month costing me easily over $300 in laundry as I have a family of 5. At this point I want my order cancelled and the money put back into my account for the entire order and I will order the part from somewhere else. If I don't receive a reply I will contact my bank for a charge back on this item as I am over waiting for this item to come since I ordered it, on February 5.

You had the part I needed and the shipping was very fast.

Ordered a part that was listed as in stock. A few days later I contacted them and was told it was back ordered. I asked for a refund and they agreed. However the next day I got a shipping notice, (label created).
Several days later it was still not actually shipped. I tried contacting the seller but got no response. It was actually shipped a few days later but went to the wrong address across the country. I told the seller to refund my money or I would file a fraud charge. Two days later I got a notice that my it was refunded.

Ordered parts and paid for 2 day shipping got email that day with invoice then nothing all then 7 days later I get email saying my parts had shipped. 7 days later not 2 like I paid for now it has been 11 days and still no parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Haven’t received what I ordered at this time…went online to Applianceparts365 website and after giving my email and order number and was told didn’t have any orders.

We have purchased from you in the past and will continue to do so when needed. Parts availability, price and speedy delivery are top notch.

ordered washer water valve 2/22/23. after sucking $$ from account that is when the games began. called "customer service".... what a joke. after being on hold i left a message for a call back. this went on for about 10 phone calls. called paypal and got an immediate refund. this company are total scam artists!

The order process was easy and quick. I was quickly emailed by the owner after I inquired about adding more items to the order and was warned that they have to order the parts as they are not currently available.

I don’t know if the company would have emailed me and tell me that I had to wait for the ressupply, if I didn’t first email them about something else. Another note is that all the items I purchased were listed as in stock in their site. This wasn’t too much of a big deal since I had a 30 day window, but will be for others.

I highly recommend Art updates his site with a live inventory system, allowing customers to see exactly how many of each product is available while browsing the site. This would allow them the information needed and help them decide if they can wait for a restock or not.

The only issue I have was that after several weeks, I emailed for an update and they went unanswered. My guess is that this company either has no customer service staff except the owner or they are short staffed. Aside from this, the order arrived safely, on time, and 100% correct.

The company gets an A- from me. The only tip I can provide is to work in the customer service issue. Emails go unanswered for a long time, chat support isn’t always live, and the phone number is not available on the site. They have sms text support however, if you can find their phone number.

Ordered washer timer said same day shipping...been 2 weeks nothing will not answer emails..

ordered the lint catcher for my dryer and they are so cheap with shipping, the bent it to make it fit in a plastic shipping bag. it was broke when i received it

I am waiting for a return authorization, and I have not received it yet.

On Feb. 9 I ordered a part for a washing machine. After not hearing anything from them, on the morning of Feb. 27 I called to get an update. After remaining on hold for several minutes, I was asked to leave a message. I left my phone number and asked for a call back. By 3:30 I had received no response, so I called again. My experience this time was the same. After that I checked with their customer ratings and found several others had similar experiences. I have since ordered the part from a different supplier.

Product availability and quick shipping was a plus for me. I will be sure to use this company again.

Quick delivery, great price for a safety replacement valve for our gas stove!
