I ordered knobs for a range top and was charged on my credit card.
2 weeks passed and I had not heard from Appliance Parts 4 You.
I reached back out to them after 2 weeks of order date and their reply was that they would contact me after they heard back from their supplier.
But they still have my money.
BTW. 4 range top knobs for approximately $150. Not the least expensive supplier on the web.

If they would have communicated to me the time it would require to fill my order it would have been acceptable but there was no communication.

I am giving this company 2 stars in the unlikely event that they are actually legit.

My recommendation to Appliance Parts 4 You is to not charge a customer until the part has shipped.

Ordered a OEM part. They clearly sent another part, which does not fit and is not OEM. I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now, and they simply won't provide one. I want to return the incorrect product, and they won't even provide how to do so. Horrible company. Stay away

I am very disappointed that my recent order of a door seal for my upright freezer has no magnetism. Not only that, but the corner welds are uneven so even if it was
magnetized, it would not seal tightly.
When I contacted support, they said it wasn’t the correct seal for my door and they wouldn’t replace it. Funny, how it assemble just fine, just didn’t seal. Lousy service, lousy product. $140 wasted. Purchased Nov 14, 2023 and installed Dec 3, 2023. Complained Dec 4, 2023.

This company is fraudulent. They state they have product in stock when they do not. They take your money but never ship you the product.

HORRIBLE. If you get an incorrect item you have to pay for shipping and they take 12% for a restocking fee. Garbage company.

Similar to other reviewers here, I ordered a part based on it being in stock and ready to ship. Days later and no update and called. Told it would be delivered in a few days. Ten days later call and now being told it will be March! No emails, calls etc to let me know what is going on.

Don't order anything from this place. Look at all the bad reviews first.

Bought a part, delayed shipping and cancelled it once shipping company said the business had to file a claim( which they have no record of). Part shows up 24 days after ordering, also after I received the part from another company. I called to return and had to fill out forms, open the unopened package to send pictures and finally repackage and pay to ship back. Weeks later I get my refund with a 12% restocking fee deduction even though the email states,"Restocking Charge: In addition, we want to clarify that there is a 12% restocking fee, as per our terms and conditions, which will be deducted from the part's cost upon processing the return. We can waive the restocking fee if you placed an order for the correct part.(This only applies for incorrect parts ordered)". Apparently the waiving only applies if you order the wrong part and place an order for a new one. Between shipping to me, return shipping, tax, and 12% fee I'm out around $30 and the company couldn't care less. The customer service is terrible, return policy is terrible and this has been the worst expierence I've had with any business in years. 10/10 would never recommend anyone using their business.

I recently ordered a shelf and tray for a very old Whirlpool refrigerator. The part was reasonably priced and good quality. The order came very quickly and was extremely well packed.

Ordered parts to be sent directly to an other location as I was going to help a person out in need for the holidays. The order showed 1 item in stock to be shipped that day the other-to be shipped 3-5 days later. 10 days later nothing has arrived and no emails, calls or texts. I was able to get ahold of customer service and now shipping out 6 weeks. Would not expedite part that was in as they had both orders combined to save on their shipping.. They would rather cancel both orders, and send me somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

OK, so they took my order for a part they didn't have, and charged me, BUT they gave be a refund after we both learned that the part was not going to be made anymore.

Hard to find GE oven board was advertised as "in stock" on their website. Came to find out from them that the part is actually on backorder, and they promptly issued me a refund, although on the first call to this company earlier in the week, they had indicated that the part would ship in 2 days.

Wrong part shipped, then Appliance Parts 4All demanded model number and serial number prior to authorizing a return. Had it been required when I bought the part, maybe they would have shipped the correct part. Part also wasn't OEM and was already chipped out of the package as if it had been returned previously, likely for the same reason. Most of their revenue must come from randomly sending out the wrong parts, then making it near impossible to return without wasting a great deal of your time. Look elsewhere for your appliance parts needs, sure wish I had.

Received part that didn't match the photo on their website and after multiple emails and phone calls, they still wouldn't even wave restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipping. Customer representative admited the picture on the website didn't match the physical part, but still kept repeating "this is our return policy" over and over. Horrible company to deal with.

I order a range cooktop that wasn't easy to find and this company not only found one for me, but kept in contact and updated me on lead times!!!!! So nice to have a company take care of you without you having to call with no return calls!
I will use them every time I need something!

Bought a part, installed it and it did not work. Faulty part to best of my knowledge.
Would not accept a return.
Do not buy from them.

I had a part on order in Canada for 8 weeks and cancelled it after seeing that it was in stock with this company. The part isn't in stock and isn't available for five months from now. I ordered from Canada and will now lose money on foreign exchange and have to start this process over and i'm at teh end of the line for the Canadian supplier.

Waste of time and money.

I placed an order for an oven rack on 10/28 and received it 11/07 even though it had been on backorder.
I call that GREAT service! If I ever need another appliance part I will order it from Appliance Parts 4 All.

Deceptive and poor service. I ordered a part that was listed as being in stock and ready to ship. I was charged for the part immediately. However, when I went to check on the status after over two weeks of no communication, I was informed that it would not be available for another two months. I am awaiting a refund from my cancellation.

When I no longer needed the unopened or unused part they would not refund my money when there web site said they would. Don't buy anything from this seller
