They sent the parts fast but they boxed them poorly and one was damaged. I communicated with them over several days, each time they did NOT care about customer satisfaction! After threatening them they agreed to send a part. They did not send a part, they say they are giving me a refund but that means I still need to buy the part somewhere else and pay full shipping which I already paid. I would never buy from them again and hope this helps someone not have the same bad experience I did.

Found the part I needed for my Samsung washing machine for a good price. I received frequent emails updating me on shipping and I got the part within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely order from here again.

Same experience as others. I ordered a part on 5/11 that showed in stock and that it would ship 5/13. When I hadn't received it by 5/20, I contacted them via Chat and as told they would be getting them in 3 days and I'd have them by 5/28. It's 5/28 and I checked the online status and it still shows processing. I contacted them via chat and now they are saying they'll have them 6/3. I cancelled the order.

Don't trust their online inventory status. They lie about their inventory and don't communicate about delays.

I won't by from them again.

I had looked for door handles for my refrigerator on many sites and all showed the same price. Then I found them on Appliance Part 4 All for approximately 30% less. I paid for ground shipping and received them the very next day. I'll be coming back.

This is the worst place to purchase anything from AVOID THEM! I order a motherboard for my stove from them and they have so far sent me two broken boards and I am awaiting a third one at this time. It’s been 17 days without any word or tracking info on the hopefully third and final part. Oh and they screw you over with shipping every single time. I have now paid almost 90 dollars in shipping for a 200 dollar part. F for service.

Same experience as others. Ordered a part that was supposedly in-stock. Waited for a week no change to status, just said processing. No communication telling me that it was backordered. Contacted them via online chat. They told me it was backordered and they won't get it for another 2 weeks (estimated). I decided not to wait and asked for a full refund. Supposedly it will come in 3 days.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Ordered items supposedly in-stock on their website, 2 months later and several phone calls later (each call > 1 hr on hold), I am still being told the items are on back order, with the date getting pushed back each time by several weeks. STAY AWAY!

I went to their website and everything was done by part number and I didn’t know what to do because I only had the model number so I called them and a nice gentleman was able to help me out and give me part numbers for both items I was looking for and I was able to order them without a problem they were shipped quickly I was able to put them in with no problem they were great they ever need any more parts I will definitely come back

This company is a big joke. We recently needed a part for our oven which was out of stock at most places. They listed the item as in stock and boasted same day shipping if ordered earlier in the day. I ordered the item at 6am on a Friday. By Monday afternoon I had not received a shipping confirmation and filled out the online form to talk to someone. It appears to be a chat feature but it just opens a ticket for them to email you. By Tuesday mid day I hadn’t heard back or gotten a shipping email so I called. I spent about an hour on the phone to be told that the item was backordered for an additional two weeks and was given an ETA. I expressed my disappointment that the website still listed the item as in stock and at their lack of communication about the delay. Fast forward two weeks and I still did not receive any shipping confirmation or notice on the day that they had said they’d be getting the part. Both over the phone and on email the customer service was almost rude. They seemed unbothered and like I was wasting their time asking about the item they had already charged me for. I sent an email on the thread from my first inquiry and was finally told that the item is on backorder indefinitely and they have no idea of an ETA. This entire time the item as shown in stock on their website. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. We will find the part somewhere else. My issue is with their lack of communication and outright lies about the items they do have and the timeline of when they may get items they never had in the first place. I will never shop here again and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Returned product (not needed) I paid return shipping no problem. Took a month of emailing back and forth and they refused to do a refund saying the part had been used! Do not do business with!

Part was not for my model. Attempts to contact are left on hold 5+ minutes 5 times. Customer service, sales and technical support just wanted some type of exchange.

Total scam called the 8009390772 as a part I ordered was 2 months overdue and no sign of being delivered. When I called the insisted I pay 3.95 for a 100 dollar gift card. Total scam. They would not transfer me to customer service from the foreign line transfer

They sent me the wrong part and I was told the part I ordered that was shown on their website is not the correct picture or part number ans they want me to pay $10.95 to ship it back and another $10.95 to have the right part sent which I already paid $10.95 to have it shipped. That's $32.85 for a $19.00 part because they sent the wrong one originally and I was told the part that is pictured on their is the wrong picture.

The website had my part for a good price. This part is a cutter grid for a Whirlpool Icemaker. Stated this was in stock. I ordered the part that morning at 9am. By 6 pm they had printed the label for shipping. By 8pm UPS had received the part. I got it 6 days later as advertised and in original Whirlpool packaging. This was a very good experience. I will be back next time I need appliance parts.

This is a Fraud Company that Drop ships.. They have listings on there site that shows your part needed, Then when the item arrives it looks nothing like it.. Then you have to pay return shipping and a 15% Re stocking fee.. My guess is this is done intentionally and that is how they waste your time and make real money on the restocking FEE'S.. Buyer's Beware... DO NOT CHASE the Better pricing they have over then other sites...

BEWARE! My guess would be this is a reseller or drop shipper of parts. I recently needed a replacement part for my LG dishwasher, so I did what most people do and I Googled my model number. ApplicanceParts4All came up with the matching part and the best price. I looked at the photo and my part and they looked to be the same. The part arrived in good condition and when I opened the package I realized that one of the hoses was very short. After some deeper online searching, I realized that the part I needed was slightly different (with a longer hose). I contacted ApplianceParts4All and they provided me an RMA. Their return policy and how they present it is very sketchy. First, you need to pay for the return shipping, which in this day and age is rare, but I get it. Then, the SECOND cost is a 12% restocking fee UNLESS you re-purchase the correct part from them. In my case, LG direct was less expensive than ApplicanceParts4All, so I bought from them. Then, when I received my refund the THIRD fee was they actually removed the INITIAL shipping charge from your refund. So on a $40 part, I should have received about $35 in a refund, but they refunded me $24. Now, yes, we need to read the fine print for all companies, but even in their emails back and forth on the return, their email ONLY states the 12% restocking fee, there is no mention of the initial shipping charge unless you go to their website terms and conditions (its buried in there).

Stay far far away from this drop shipping scam. These people have no appliance expertise except sending different parts than ordered and then charging 12% restocking fee after you pay for shipping.
Then the hassle of disputing their charges with PayPal to get a refund (I did and got my money back). Their address is a PO Box and there is NO customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not buy from Applianceparts4all.com for the following reasons:

They contradict on their return policy.

They are deceiving and they don't follow their own return policy.

I was told it was ok for me to return the pruchased item to "their warehouse" called Reliable Parts located at 3212 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ, 85017. I wanted to make sure I can return it here because it was about 10-15 minutes away from my work and I wouldn't have to pay for the shipping of $22.00. Once I arrived there the employee at Reliable Parts said I would only get $122 for the return rather that the full purchase price of $188. (The employee further told me that Appliance Parts 4 All is a 3rd party and orders parts through Reliable Parts and each company has no ownership ties to one another, which is another lie by Appliance Parts 4 All.) So, I took it back and contacted Appliance Parts 4 All and they noe changed their mind and told me I had to ship to Reliable Parts...which did not make sense at all. So, again I have spent over an hour dealing with this, several emails to get answers, spent over 3 hours to drive and attempt to return and wait in line to return and spend more time and money to ship the part to their alleged warehouse when I was already there earlier in the day.

Don't trust Appliance Parts 4 All.

This company is absolutely fraudulent. I bought a part, never installed it because I realized that the refrigerator was badly damaged in another way, never installed the part, and tried to return the part. The part was still int the original manufacturers box and in perfect condition (not installed). They refused to allow a return because I did not have the original outer shipping box that the part was sent in. You know, the one that gets beat up during shipping, maybe pooped on by a bird when its sitting on your stoop, the one you immediately recycle when a package arrives because there will always be another box that you can use coming tomorrow. Even if I had it, their rules (expressed only after the sale) said that they would refuse the return if the box had any non-original marks on it. A SHIPPING BOX to be shipped round trip with no marks on it. These people should be in jail.

I ordered knobs for a range top and was charged on my credit card.
2 weeks passed and I had not heard from Appliance Parts 4 You.
I reached back out to them after 2 weeks of order date and their reply was that they would contact me after they heard back from their supplier.
But they still have my money.
BTW. 4 range top knobs for approximately $150. Not the least expensive supplier on the web.

If they would have communicated to me the time it would require to fill my order it would have been acceptable but there was no communication.

I am giving this company 2 stars in the unlikely event that they are actually legit.

My recommendation to Appliance Parts 4 You is to not charge a customer until the part has shipped.
