Had to call to book repairs, spoke to lovely Chi chi she was extremely helpful and ran through troubleshooting, but needed to book engineer. She was so helpful and polite, great interaction 10/10

The whole repair process went smoothly from first contact with the call centre to the repair…

From calling the contact centre to the actual repair the whole process went smoothly. I gave them a list of my days off which vary every week and they sent through a confirmation email and text almost immediately . Then the night before I received a text from hotpoint with a 3 hour time slot. The engineer was courteous friendly and jovial and turned up on time. He completed the repair very quickly and hoovered up the dryer fluff before putting it back together. Very pleased.

Excellent

I was called at end of day yesterday to say that someone would call first thing in the morning to get full details of my appliance. Bee rang ma at 9.04 to take all details of my appliance. A very friendly young woman who was patient and happily waited while I progressed from bedroom to kitchen to get model number and check if the problem had been a minor issue that had resolved itself. Date and Timeslot for Repair work to my Fridge Freezer.

I am with ApplianceServe and the Repair was carried out by an Engineer from Hotpoint..I was advised the time slot the Engineer would call on the days I said I would be available. A lady I spoke to on the phone about a query I had before the Engineer's visit was also v helpful and she allowed me to state whether I would prefer the Engineer to call in the morning or afternoon. The Engineer came at the correct time, was very pleasant and carried out the repair in a v efficient manner, explaining to me afterwards the cause of the problem to the Fridge Freezer and how I should be careful in future not to overload drawers.
