Chi chi was very helpful and friendly

Very good came early so all fixed now the spare parts for dishwasher is coming through the post so all good 👍 even recommend dishwasher & washing machine tablets which I brought easie as on the back of the pack there are calendars months which i can tick off every month so have 12 months of each happy customer 😀

The rodents are still in my attic and the bate is still there so not happy that he said he would come out again and he has not

The customer service lady i spoke to, Bee, was very helpful. She went through some fault finding points which could have been useful and then, explained step by step what the process was. Finally she closed by telling me she was going to pass my enquiry to the operations team and they will be in touch tomorrow

Excellent repair man who attended a few days later and completed the job in about 15 minutes and was courteous, knowledgeable and good humoured. Nothing negative to report.

Two of our appliances broke down within a fortnight of each other. The service we received was very prompt. One of the appliances was replaced and the other was fixed. Excellent service.

Have just rung Reactive after my washing machine tried to destroy itself! Had a callback within 10 mins with a very helpful and friendly lady, am now waiting for the engineers to call. Have always found Reactive to be excellent.

Reactive are such a truly brilliant company to deal. I have a nightmare Miele integrated coffee machine that has now amassed NINE call outs/repairs and it has never been an issue for Reactive. First Class. Great value
