App On Line are second to none for…

App On Line are second to none for delivery, product accuracy & efficiency. We have used them many times from Fridge to our latest new oven & Rangehood. A great reliable service throughout Australia. I’m in Port Douglas & to get large products on time way out here is rare, but App On Line did an amazing job.

Fourth time I have used them

Once again appliances on line were
Excellent. Fridge died so I jumped on line found one that I wanted - double checked with other retailers on the price (appliances on line were
Cheaper ). Ordered on Friday - arrived Tuesday exactly on time with updates from the delivery drivers all day so I knew when to expect them. Took the old fridge placed and leveled the new one - took all the packaging with them. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish I would never buy appliances any other way.

Long distance fridge order

My father lives in Western Australia and I live in Victoria.
I get a phone call that his fridge has packed it in.
using appliance online was so easy, I just went online and ordered the fridge for him.
it was delivered the next day, installed and the old fridge taken away.
Simple, couldn’t have done it any easier even if I lived in the same state.
Oh and the price was the best I could find.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. Will never order from Appliance Online again. I'm a repeat customer and find the service and pricing has gone downhill. Ordered a Beko dishwasher late February, the delivery date at checkout was 19/03/2026. Delivery has been delayed twice - they've blamed it on Beko, last advice was mid-April or choose another item that's in stock, with price difference payable. At time of review, no confirmation of delivery date. I just wish they'd been more transparent with the expected delivery date at time of purchase. If it's delayed again then I'll cancel my order and go with another company and another brand of dishwasher. This is my last time ever ordering from Appliances Online, just not worth it.

The website is incredibly easy to use

The website is incredibly easy to use. The delivery is really quick. The Men Who delivered it were very kind and helpful. This is the second one of these machines I have bought, the first was for myself sometime ago and this one was for my daughter. I'm very very happy with the appliances online

Quick delivery, great price matching

Purchasing from Appliances on Line is always easy. I had an item price-matched that I found online. I used the chat function and the discount was immediately applied.

Prices are always very competitive, and the delivery service is fantastic with great communication.

These are my go-to for purchasing whitegoods and electronics.

Delievery men were great, but exhausted.

Delievery men were great, but several hours late due to being overworked. While the office staff get to go home at a reasonable hour, the delivery men must work well into the night to achieve all delieveries. Far too much is expected of the delivery men who work so hard, but for far too many hours.

Later, when I was unsure about the dimensions for a freestanding dishwasher, the online chat provided clear, precise information instantly, allowing me to confidently make my purchase. Their efficiency meant I could click to buy and even arrange next-day delivery!

The delivery team is remarkably reliable. I always receive timely notification updates regarding my delivery window, which is incredibly convenient. Both my washing machine and dishwasher arrived exactly as expected, with no damage or scratches whatsoever. The delivery process is truly excellent.

Appliances Online dodging adequate solution and service

I’ve bought several things from Appliances Online and everything was always smooth. But now I had a leak on my washer dryer and the technician found a crack on the outer barrel. A third party company named Arisit claimed it is not under warranty because it was damaged by me. How could I damage a stationary machine that only had soft clothes inside, following every single instruction from the manual? The inner drum has no damage at all to prove it. Arisit does not have proper customer service, and Appliances Online claims they have to allow any sort of replacement. I did not buy it from Arisit, and now I am having this unacceptable service. The machine clearly has a manufacturing defect, and they are not willing to help, making me lose a lot of money on a Whirlpool machine that I believed was good. I want a better solution than this.

Couldn’t fault Appliances Online

So impressed with the speed and ease of purchase. When our oven died, I was able to order a replacement and have it delivered the next day and the old one (already disconnected) taken away. The price was very competitive and no delivery fee was charged. I was kept up to date about the delivery time and when they arrived they didn’t blink an eye about needing to deliver and take away from upstairs. Would definitely purchase from them again.
