The team posted the part to my house in France. I fitted it to our old 1992 tumble-dryer - which works once more. The part was nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Good job!

My experience with them was bad. They are a bunch of scammers. Do not be fooled by the cheapness of their goods and do not be fooled by the positive comments written here because these comments are published by people associated with them to deceive people with them. I purchased an item from them and paid for it with delivery fees but after several days they sent me an email asking me to send them more money. When I refused, they canceled the order and did not return the full money I paid

So, I ordered a part on 29th October and it arrived today (3rd November). I had read some awful reviews and panicked about the part never arriving, but, when I looked at the company’s details relating to delivery, it did state that orders would be delivered in 5-10 days time and mine arrived exactly 5 days later. I will definitely use this company again with no worries. I have seen people complain about the parts, but, they are second hand so you cannot expect “pristine” parts. I have saved between £25 & £40 by buying from here. And yes, the part works perfectly!

What can I say, ordered a part which was an excellent price, only to be told I needed to pay additional postage because I wasn't in the UK, I live in the North of Ireland which is the UK as far as I can remember, sent an email got no reply, they've now cancelled my order, so anyone in NI beware of buying from England as they haven't a clue as to what the postage is to here! It costs as little as 3.50 for a medium package.

Haven't received my order no response to emails it was prepaid . please refund my amount atleast I'm a student don't cheat me please

Took about 5 days to receive the part but the price was super cheap so can’t complain.

They cancelled my order and then refunded one euro less than I paid.

Found appliancespare parts when looking for parts to repair our Siemens combi oven/ microwave after the light bulb “blew apart” ( and I do mean apart - the bulb itself was intact but in 2 parts !) and took out the display along with the actual power board.
Would not expect a simple bulb blowing would do so much damage without blowing any fuses but hey it did and the cost to get new parts /an engineer to replace would have made it a write off - but it is a built in unit so I was looking for parts to try to fix it and found appliancespareparts on Google
I was a bit wary of ordering from them cause of “no PayPal” / private address and what seemed like a pub/hotel type location and mixed phone numbers /email address (and ok some facebook reviews) and their own notes re short of staff and slow dispatch and lastly wasn’t certain if the part they had advertised was suitable for my microwave so emailed 1st
Got a prompt and helpful email back and another to a 2nd email I sent so I decided to buy / pay by credit card as whilst 2nd hand was a fraction of the cost of new parts.
Part arrived surprisingly promptly and packed - ok in an old chocolate muffins box !! but hey it was all intact and it did the job plus was a complete power unit with the display which made installation easier and the wires on it were simply snipped with short tails so I could check which wire went where as I installed it.
And it all worked so my oven/microwave is back up and running - my only gripe is that there were not any chocolate muffins in the box! ( but I now have an oven to make some in !!)
If you accept the parts are not new may need a bit of a clean /fettling and you ensure that you know what you need and check your part numbers etc carefully match what they have for sale a great place to buy from to keep units going at a fraction of the cost of new parts

They cancelled the order without notice, put the same part back on sale and did NOT refund me. I sent them two emails and received no communication back. This is a SCAM 100%. Their facebook page is also plagued with 1 star reviews. Avoid this.

Order a button down shirt that was advertised as linen and cotton blend size XL from Missimple received one month later do to shipping from China. When I received it I was shocked of the lack of quality, it was three sizes to small with no label and felt like it was made out of women's leggings! Contacted customer service for a refunded and the offered to have me pay them 7 dollars and would send me a bigger size. I declined the offer just wanted my refund, there reply was we will issue 7USD refund to you so that you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your money and time.
Please do understand that we also need to be liable for the losses of the product and money.

Ordered a part three weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived although they had three in stock and now apparently have zero. No replies to their email (a yahoo account, very professional!) The phone number Diverts to a mobile, which doesn’t accept calls and tells you to send a text, which you can’t because it’s diverted from a landline number and you don’t know what the mobile number is. Steer clear of these thieves.

Cheap spar part. Shipping to Sweden took a few weeks. Good information during shipping and the item fitted well.
