I fix various appliances and came across this supplier of reccent. Excellent service and value. I will definitely use it again. I did read some poor reviews, but I never go by someone else's experience. Take it from me, you won't get better price spares anywhere.

This website is a scam!!! STAY AWAY from this "SHOP" I did pay for a part that he never sent....this guy, Anthony Mira (Tony Mira) keeps scamming people and he also leave himself false positive reviews on all the review\thrust websites.....avoid like a plague.I have reported him to the Postal Police and I am sure they will take care of this poor little man.

Appliancespareparts in the UK (not Australian Company with a similar name) are based at a Pub in Ormskirk or according to their Facebook page they are in Newton-Le-Willows. They state on their webpage that they post their second-hand, salvaged parts five days after payment is received. This was not my experience as tracking indicated that the parts were despatched or dropped off the same or the next day using the Parcel2Go network. Great so far.
Sadly, in my case, this involved EVRI (Hermes). The problem is that whilst the parts are reasonably priced, the postage charged is more than twice the actual courier costs and in my case the parcel was in a 'lost' state for nearly two weeks.
After chasing up the spare appliance parts the part arrived two weeks late and was delivered by EVRI to an unattended, neighbour's address.
If you want your parts within a reasonable time frame then this is not the company to select unless they change their courier.
I was forced to order a brand new part from elsewhere for a fraction more and which was delivered within two days.

Shocking service. No communication when ordering. Tracking number didn’t work. Item was then apparently delivered whilst I was out. Came home to nothing left. When we have spoken to the company they have said it’s not their issue. Worst customer service I have ever received. Should have gone with my gut instinct at the start when seeing things about sharing information with a hotel. Obviously a tinpot outfit working from a shed!

Bought a competitively priced refurbished PCB unit for my dishwasher which came quickly and did the job: highly recommended.

I wanted to purchase an item from this mom & pop store, but I emailed first to check it was in stock and asked why they wanted to share my details with "The Plough Hotel" as mentioned on the checkout page. The response was "you don't have to share anything with us, thanks".. Not very positive in times of GDPR.. use at your own risk.
