Hello, I am extremely disappointed with how this issue has been handled. I previously contacted you regarding the Vanilla Ice Cream 2 kg tub I received, which has an unusually bad smell and appears to be spoiled when mixed with water, despite the product not being expired. I provided photographs, including the product details and order information, but I have received no response or meaningful assistance whatsoever. This is particularly frustrating because I have been a regular Applied Nutrition customer for the past two years and have purchased your products consistently. I chose to continue buying from your company because I trusted the quality of your products and service. However, when I finally experienced a serious quality issue, the complete lack of response from your customer service has been extremely disappointing. I find it unacceptable that a loyal customer can raise a genuine concern about a potentially defective product and receive no reply. At this point, I am seriously reconsidering purchasing Applied Nutrition products again. You have potentially lost a loyal and regular customer simply because my complaint was not properly acknowledged or addressed. I would appreciate a proper response regarding whether this product can be returned and replaced or exchanged for another flavour. If you are unable to provide a replacement, please clearly advise me on what I should do with the product. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
