Very. Good flavour, protein breaks down easy with a few shakes. Only improvement needed is how bubbly the mixture gets, there is a thick layer of foam at the top of the drink after shaking, this does not completely settle even after an hour of sitting, other than this great product would recommend,, I had the Vanilla Ice cream flavour
