This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They approve you and are right beside you every step of the way during the application process, and then the minute something goes wrong with your vehicle or you have additional questions and you've drove off the lot with your "new vehicle". They won't respond to you. I bought my 2018 ford explorer the end of winter 202. I did not think to check the AC because it was winter. That summer when I went to use the AC it was blowing hot air. It took me a month to get a hold of management and by the time I got ahold of someone, I was told its not their problem it's not working months later. Took it to a shop and the AC lines are leaking and I can't afford to fix it. I asked for a copy of my warranty 6 months ago from Linnie, and she said she was requesting the documents. Fast forward to now, September 2024 my vehicle is having major issues and I called the number on the website to ask for management and was told "They don't give out any of the staff directory". So i called Linnie and she kept forwarding me to voicemail. She texted me and again said " I'll request the documents". I asked for the documents 6 months ago!!!! This company is SCAM. They do not care about their customers, and they sell vehicles that are not as advertised then when you have the vehicle in your name they practically disown you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

These people are scammers
These people are scammers. Yes they got me approved but there cost of borrowing made my total interest rate over 55%. Your only paying them to be the middle man because the funds come from the bank. Stay clear of these people because of them I've got locked in a plan that is not worth it and my life wont be the same for a while. Learn from my mistake and just go to a bank yourself for an auto loan.

Don't buy from them.
Charged me an extra &$5000 for their services and brought me a broken car.
Bought it from them just before pandemic,
Been in garage five times now.
Computer module changed, manual gears replaced, and still not working properly.
Rude staff that were helping me out, I needed a car to start work immediately and they hussled me knowing I needed something right away.
They lied on the application form telling the loan company I was in management and they told me they do this all the time.
I'm a delivery driver by the way
Liars and cheaters.
Don't even fill out their form.
