I purchased a Mercedes-Benz 220d AMG Line and started experiencing multiple issues shortly after, including water leaking into the car, seat belt faults, and problems with the window switches
The vehicle was returned to the dealership for repairs and remained there for over a month. I was informed that several faults had been identified and fixed, including water ingress through the rear light seals, seat belt replacement, window wiring repairs, auxiliary battery replacement, TPMS sensors, suspension components, and wiring related to the alarm system
However, after receiving the car back, a number of issues were still present. There was still water leaking inside, along with an unpleasant smell. The window switches were not working properly and were sticking at times. Both seat belts were not functioning as they should. In addition, there was noticeable noise coming from the tyres, and they were losing air every few days
This situation has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and has wasted a lot of my time. I have continued paying insurance and have had to rely on alternative transport, including using my previous car
Due to these ongoing problems, I am no longer using the vehicle and have serious concerns about its condition and reliability
There have also been ongoing electrical concerns, with faults appearing intermittently, which raises further concerns about the overall reliability of the vehicle
I have been trying to resolve this matter and request a refund, but I have not received a satisfactory response and am now taking further steps to resolve the situation

On the day of collection the vehicle was fully valeted and presented to me in an immaculate condition.

I recently purchased a truck from this company and cannot fault the entire process. The commercial vehicle sales department were excellent, but it’s the aftersales and customer service teams that truly make this business first class.

Naturally, when purchasing a used vehicle you expect the odd minor issue, but any that arose were dealt with immediately and without hesitation. There were also a couple of additional items I asked to be sorted, and once again these were handled promptly and efficiently.

A special mention must go to Egle, the Service Manager, who is outstanding – one of the most efficient, professional, and diligent individuals I’ve encountered in the industry.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering the purchase of a used truck or van.

Really rate this car sales garage. From enquiry through to purchase and after sales care they’ve been faultless. A service light came on a few days after purchase but they sorted the parts and repaired quickly (all within warranty).

It has been a while since I purchase a vehicle. Approved Cars Ltd staff made the whole transaction seem-less and enjoyable, they took all the stress away from me.
