Last visit the person was suppose to change the mouse traps in garage and garage door was kept open for him after telling him what needs to be done but was not done.

I have a service Agreement with Aptive…

I have a service Agreement with Aptive Pest Control., and I reside in Aldie, Loudoun County, VA. I scheduled for service on Saturday July 19th within a time frame of 8:30 a.m to 10:30 a.m. I spoke to Candice around 9:14 a.m, Eastern Time and I was told by her that a Technician will be servicing our house: - Interior and Exterior before 10:30 a.m. When I inquired to find out the status of the arrival time of the Tech, Candice put me hold but the call got disconnected and she never had the courtesy to call me back. After 15 minutes, I called again and spoke to April but could not find out the arrival time of the Tech. It was 10:30 a,m and the Tech never called or showed up and I called Aptive and spoke to Cindy. She tried contacting the Tech Jackson but to my disappointment, Cindy tole me that she does not know what time Jackson will be coming over. I was very annoyed and frustrated as I wasted 3 hours of my time on Saturday morning and the Tech Jackson never had the decency or manners to notify me about the time of arrival or he was running late. This is not the first time I had problems with a service Technician about punctuality or courtesy. I had decided not to renew the contract once it expires as I cannot tolerate the lousy service I am receiving from Aptive Pest Control.

When we had to request a revisit because of yellow jackets, Aptive quickly responded. The techs are always very polite and friendly.

I tried to cancel my service

I tried to cancel my service, and charged no fees as they never did as promised! Now they are trying to charge me a cancelled fee and I protested! For an hour on the phone a girl named Anna refused, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she could not hear me, and hung up!!! I placed a hold on the file and discussed with my bank a dispute!! Absolutely terrible company, and violated my HOA rules of No solicitation allowed

I was disappointment with the May…

I was disappointment with the May service, which did not meet expectations. The service manager took and sent photos of a property that was not mine as confirmation of completed work. This error is concerning, especially considering the importance of accurate and reliable service.

When I contacted your support team, I was told a $10 credit would be applied to my account as a courtesy. However, no such credit appeared on my bill.

Service rep communicated well and…

Service rep communicated well and performed the work as assigned. Fence gate was left unlatched, but luckily the dog did not escape. We asked about rat activity in the attic, but rep could not answer and did not offer to have the office to respond either. We are expected to contact the office. We paid more for this service, but the level of service is minimal.
