Above and beyond

He sprayed everywhere I asked. Only moments after leaving, I was in the yard cleaning some leaves and debris from a window transom and was stung by several yellowjackets that had built a nest under the debris. I texted him, asking if he could come back, and though it was approaching the end of a long day, he was happy to come back and spray them.

We were scheduled the day before for…

We were scheduled the day before for the last treatment and we waited the full window which was 5 hours window but no one showed up and it was rescheduled for the next day without any notification, also it was not effective it’s like 3 weeks from the treatment and I see bugs everywhere inside and outside the house not satisfied with the service

Hit or Miss Service

The techs are hit or miss. The last tech that came out to the house to treat ants barely but any ant granules down. First, he claims he sprayed the windows and doors and had photos to prove it. However, I only saw photos of him pointing the sprayer at a door and windows. No product was coming from the sprayer. Secondly, he only treated 3 sides of my house and not the 4th side. I had to walk him over to the 4th side of the house to ask him to put down ant granules, which he applied sparingly and left. He did not spray the area at all.

No indoor treatment

The last few times Aptive has visited, there has been no knock on the door to attempt to treat the inside. We now have bugs (have seen 5 in the span of 2 days) and not sure why I'm paying for the service.

Satisfied with the service

I've seen a significant decline in bug activity outside of my house. When the seasons changed, I noticed that the amount crickets around my doorsteps decreased a lot.
I'm happy with the results and the guys are always nice!

My plan is only for outside treatment. The only thing I can say is that I rarely find a bug in my house because the ut side is done so well. He also said my garage is very clean. I am always thrilled about that. Thank you!! thank you!!

We are being harassed by the company…

We are being harassed by the company not letting us update the frequency of service. This has been an ongoing problem and we are tired of it. Do not recommend. We just received an email at 12:10pm EDT asking us to rate a service we did have performed today and certainly never requested. We have been attempting to have APTIVE come LESS FREQUENTLY and they will not respond.

Had a regular treatment for ants and…

Had a regular treatment for ants and then two additional treatments as follow up. Ants are still in my master bathroom, and I am getting tired of calling Aptive repeatedly. They need to send someone with knowledge and more experience to tackle this issue.
