I do not think their service is as good…
I do not think their service is as good as they advertised. Also way more expensive for less features than my previous company .
They sent a guy out in the winter, charged me for service and all he did was sprinkle some crap on outside window sills.
Will be cancelling their service .

What is going on, guys? There is no follow-through with what has been promised. I asked for a trap in front of my house, and there isn't one there yet. Only one guy does it right and without any problems, yet you continue not to send him even after I tell you that if he is not the one doing the service, I will cancel my contract. It is very apparent to me that you do not, so I will be doing that.

Thank god wife is happy this summer!
They always text before they come and ask if any issues need to be addressed. Post treatment follow up with pics also. I think our development was built on an ant hill and since we started with Aptive 100% improvement. A small issue early in the season but this was addressed and no inside issues since. The cost of insect control is well worth my wife’s comfort inside and outside our home and less we have to worry about.

The agent always introduces herself, or himself and explains who they represent and what their service entales. Asking if I need service inside my home as well and if I have observed any specific problems (spiders, bugs, etc.). They will address any problem I may or may not mention.
