William the best Technician
William who was and has been my visiting technician for the past 3 -4 visits has done an outstanding job and is very thorough with performing his duties. He is very professional and courteous to myself and my property. William is the best technician I have had since joining Aptive. William CARES!
I don’t think the technician should be penalized on their bonus potential or documented in their file when the customer reschedules a visit due to inclement weather. I Don’t approve of that Aptive. I understand for every service you get your money immediately but sometimes it’s more than just about getting money. It’s about satisfying a customer and making sure that you’re paying customer is getting what they pay their $80 plus dollars for on a visit instead of pushing the service on them when their is inclement weather for the product to take effect and stick. I would not recommend!
Whenever I do get service it is always a good experience with a professional. The problem is that an appointment is made and no one shows or calls to say that it was canceled. This has happened 3 times I had been no call no showed by the company. They do compensate me, but I do not want to be compensated, I want someone to come and provide the service I signed up for. I do appreciate that they do not charge you unless a service is performed, but I am stuck at home until the appointment and if no one shows it’s a waste of my time.
