These guys completed this April service when I wasn't present. When I contacted them they responded and then returned to my home to set up traps for me when I told them there was a mouse in the house. They also answered some questions about the products they use outside and assured me they take care not to harm critters like butterflies and honey bees.

Why I like Aptive
I like Aptive because they treat the perimeters of your yard with a product that targets the eggs that insects lay. This helps prevent bugs from proliferating and cuts down on the amount of bugs that come in our yard. The technicians are always professional and courteous and afterwards explain what they treated or send you pictures of what they treated. I have never been disappointed with their service.

Will was very professional
Will was very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and explained what he would be doing. After his assessment, he did the service and sent pictures.
I originally thought I was told a morning appointment and called a pass technician who tried to help me. I finally called Customer Service. Will arrived a little after noon so all was well.
