We have been very pleased with Aptive Pest Control. Our home was serviced today in the University area. A very bright young lady by the name of Bay was our service rep. She was very nice, professional, asked questions and listened. She addressed all of our concerns, took pictures to show the work she did outside and explained what she did and why on the inside. She set our expectations. I have been very pleased with our service. I see a lot of bad reviews BUT that is not the case in our experience. Glad they came our way some years ago. We have had very good service reps each time.

Great communication, great techs. I love getting a heads up to arrival time so I can make sure my 2 old men have a chance to get go out do their jobs and are comfy back in the house when the tech arrives. So much safer for everyone.

Good product, great service
Bay was the tech that treated our home and property. She did an excelent job and documented everything with photos before and after. I wish more people did this complete of a job. Aptive has kept my home pretty much critter free for several years now and with techs as thorough as Bay, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
