I had one minor isue with the last service call. Icalled them and allissues were correct during the ast visit.

Everything is wrong

Everything is wrong. Aptive is incompetent when it comes to customer services. You don't seem to listen to customer concerns, nor address request. From the first day that I signed up for Aptive serve I made it clear that I want the treatment to be on Saturdays and if weekday after 5p. But did you listen? You have continuously scheduled me for weekdays during work hours, though I need treatment inside and outside.

Ever since the first visit to apply the…

Ever since the first visit to apply the pesticides i have noticed a huge decrease in the amount of bugs on my property and in the house. We had a huge problem with ants and spiders and now they are pretty much gone. The tech always sends an alert to let you know when they are coming, when they arrive, and when finished. They also send pictures of where they applied the chemicals. Price is very affordable also.

What a relief.

Ian does a great job keeping my home…

Ian does a great job keeping my home under control. I live in the country so there are all kinds of insects and rodents but I have no problems in my home. I’m very happy with Aptive.

I like relationships with my vendors

I like relationships with my vendors. I have always received the service you promised and when odd things cropped up, you sent out knowledgeable people to solve the problems free of charge! I have turned down less expensive vendors because you have treated me with respect.

Ineffective, but I’m stuck in a contract.

While the service is good and the techs coming out are friendly, it doesn’t seem to be working. We keep finding bugs where applications have happened multiple times. I’m personally really annoyed that we’re locked into a 2 year contract.
