Representative was attentive

Representative was attentive, answered my questions thoroughly, sounded reasonable.
Aptive hasn't had enough time to get rid of the mice in my attic. They came to spray to get rid of ants.

Aptive has always been there for me if…

Aptive has always been there for me if I had any type of pest problem. They have gotten rid of my gopher problem as well as a yellow jacket problem.

Technician initially showed up and sat…

Technician initially showed up and sat in front of my house for a while. Then texted and indicated he’d be back later as he misread his route. I took that opportunity to inform him of all relevant details for our house because we have three dogs and both work remotely. These instructions were followed perfectly every other time. Bit in this day, not only did the technician show up at the front door (as I had asked him not to) but he ended up only completing about 1/3 of the job before abruptly leaving. I texted him to ask why he didn’t finish and he never responded. I then told Aptive to cancel my services immediately and suggested they refund me for the job that wasn’t completed. They refused to do so, even after I sent screenshots of my entire conversation with their technician. Aptive is also widely known in our community for going door to door and being very pushy about their services. My advice, use any other company that you can find.

The technicians are always thorough

The technicians are always thorough, professional and friendly. We had an outdoor patio rodent issue that I failed to mention during the last visit. I contacted Aptive and they sent out a technician the next day to deal with the issue. Thank you!

The person who was supposed to show up…

The person who was supposed to show up and apply the pesticide didn’t come to my residence or even call me to tell me that he was not coming although I received notifications about that both by sms and email. After few days I received another email from Aptive telling me that a pesticide service will be applied in few weeks. I contacted Aptive and I told them that there’s infestation of large ants in both inside and outside the house in a voice message. I am thinking of leaving Aptive company.

They told me they could get rid of the…

They told me they could get rid of the clover mites. I have been invaded for the third year. 😔 They did help with spiders though. And they did remove a hive. 😃
