Aptive always does a great job. The techs will check to see if there are any specific areas that require attention first then work on areas of the house we would never have thought there would be a concern. I used Aptive in Texas so was pleased to see I could transfer my service to Colorado. Though I was very pleased with the service while in TX, I am even more so here in CO. On each visit the technicians have gone above in clearing out nest areas in and around the house. They have communicated with me every step of the way and even provide pictures which I appreciate. Was not expecting the service this day. The agent caught my son prior to service but I still had to go out side to see what they were doing. They never let me know they were done . As soon as we are completed with contracted requirements we will be canceling
