The Technicians Did Great - The New Price Isn't

The technicians did great - everything I requested was done. What's not so great is the price - and they didn't notify me in advance that they increased the price again - second time in 6-months.

The technicians that come to the house…

The technicians that come to the house do a good job, but the local office hides. Phone calls go to East Africa. It's not a top priority, but I would probably change services if I could find a local company that answers the phone.

I'm pleased with the service. But will not give 5 stars as they cannot ever give me a time window, and I have to be home.

The technicians are polite, professional and respectful. They listen to my requests and instructions for service.

Great service as usual!

Great service as usual and Amari took care of all my concerns. The communication from Amari was excellent and he sent photos of all the different areas treated. I am truly impressed and very satisfied with Aptive!

The gentlemen that came to my house and…

The gentlemen that came to my house and sprayed were polite and friendly, as always. I have no insect or rodent problem around my house and I believe it’s because of Aptive. Thanks guys.

They always give us a heads up when…

They always give us a heads up when they are arriving and give a detailed report of what was done when they leave. Our insect and mice encounters have gone done 100%. They do an awesome job.

The Aptive staff always do a great job but I'm tired of surveys

The Aptive staff always do a great job. I do not like having to submit a review after each visit, especially since you come so frequently. I get a survey for EVERYTHING!!! I'm tired of it. I get asked if I would recommend you, yes and I already did. My mother is a client of yours because I recommended you to her.

Their actual services are good

Their actual services are good, but I have had multiple problems with their scheduling software trying to schedule more appointments than I want without telling me. I have had to remember when their last appointment was to ensure they are the frequency I want.

The people are great, but your product doesn’t work

The people are great, it’s your product that doesn’t work. The voles, moles , and pocket gofers are still as bad as when you started treatment. It has NOT gotten any better. I’m paying monthly for this service and have not gotten any results. My neighbor has Orkin and doesn’t have any more problems.
