Ross did a wonderful job

Ross did a wonderful job! He came to my front door and we discussed what was going to happen. He answered any questions I had, asked me a couple questions and I did not feel rushed at all! He completed his service with no issue at all. I am looking forward to having Ross back again as he is a “keeper!“

They are a fraud company

They are a fraud company. I signed up only for 4 applications, but started charging my card monthly basis afterward. I called them to cancel the service, but wanted to charge $200+ for cancelation. I will never return to them in future.

Zero improvement in pest control.

We have used this service for several months now and have seen no improvement in the reduction of pests. I will not renew. Service is not effective.

Excellent Company

Tina serviced my house. She was extremely thorough, made she she got all of the little hidden areas as well as the normal ones. She was very communicative and made sure I knew everything that was going on at my home and what I should keep an eye on.
I am always satisfied with Aptive's service.

They come when they say they are coming. There is also a reminder for when they are coming. They also remind you when they are taking their money out of your account. Good service and they take care of all my bug needs.
