Finally

I want to say when the tech did arrive he did a great job of informing me of what he was doing. He deserves 5 stars. As for Aptive CS as a whole I give 3 stars because if was painful getting my service completed. I had to call twice to get my service scheduled. I got an email telling me the Aptive was coming on the 14th of Oct. When they did not show I found it was rescheduled for the 28th with out notification. I called an it was rescheduled for the 15th between 8-12. At 12:20 I called letting them know the tech had not come. The CS said she would contact the tech. I was then texted by a tech letting me know he was going to come. This was just the 3rd visit by Aptive, and I do hope this does not become a normal practice.

Always a good experience dealing with Aptive!

Dealing with Aptive Pest Control is always a pleasure. I am informed on the treatment date and notified when the operator is near my location. I receive photos of the areas treated if I am not home and have had good correspondence and results.

He didn’t get to my house till after…

He didn’t get to my house till after 6:00pm. It’s bad enough to wait 8 till 5, but after 5:00 if outrageous!
Customers in Swansboro need more flexible times!

I've only hd two treatments

I've only hd two treatments, but so far everything has been good . I would like to have a smaller than four hours time frame for them to come.

Top level pest service

The front-line technicians are very cordial and thorough.
The Aptive team is responsive. I’ve had some scheduling issues and they do listen to my complaints in the past and are looking to improve that aspect.
Sometimes they are tough to get on the line when I call - that’s my only complaint.

I get a heads up the day before they…

I get a heads up the day before they are coming and on the day of I receive a text asking if there are any specific concerns they need to address. They know I have dogs so they let me know they are there so I can lock them in the house. And now I get a pictorial of what they have done too.

BE AWARE!!!

BE AWARE!!!. Today, Aug. 13th I had an unacceptable and deeply offensive interaction with one of the Go-Adaptive Pest Control company’s employees who attempted to sell me their products/services.
When I declined the offer and refused to further provide my private details, the employee became verbally abusive—calling me derogatory names and making political and racial slurs, including highly offensive language. Such conduct is intolerable, unprofessional, and damaging to your company’s reputation.
On top of this unacceptable behavior, the employee caused physical damage to my property by destroying my drain with his Segway. This adds an additional layer of seriousness to the incident, as it involves not only verbal misconduct but also tangible harm to my home.
We cannot, and will not, work with any company whose representatives insult, demean, or racially target potential customers—and now, also damage private property. I have called and wrote the company but ir seems that THE COMPANY GIVES A DAMN!

Missed appointments in May

Missed appointments in May. I called customer service and mentioned that 'Voles" are eating my grass roots and bring Voles treatment. The tech said they are out of stock on that item. No follow up call or update to say when that treatment would be completed. I do not want to wait until all lawn is destroyed.
