I have been using their service for a long time. The chemicals they use are very effective against pests, to the point I only need the outside of the house treated. And a few times when I have had problems after a treatment, I just called them and they came back and did not charge me for the second visit. I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring a pest control company to hire Aptive.

They dont follow rhe schedule we requested. When they show up they spray the front yard and not the back. The techs are rude. You essentially pay a decent amount of money to get very little service.

No bugs for years
Once again Aptive provided a thorough spraying which has kept my property virtually bug free for the last 7 years.Chris sprayed the outside of my house and sprayed and replaced traps(usually empty) in my 3 car Garage.

I have never regretted switching my pest control service at Aptive. Aside from their great service, I have never seen any pest activity in between my quarterly service. The service tech Jamar contacted me when he was in his way and is very thorough in his service. He always asks if I have any areas he needs to focus on and sends a detailed report when completed.

Still Happy with Aptive after 8 years
I have been a happy customer of Aptive for 8 years. Their service techs are very kind and knowledgeable. They give plenty of notice when scheduling appointments and provide an ETA for arrival times. I have had no problems with pests at all. I highly recommend them!

Service is good. Scheduling is not.
Chris, our technician did a great job. He advised us on his ETA and was on time. He texted photos and reviewed his work for us. But Aptive’s computer continually tries to schedule the next appointment only 8 weeks out from the previous treatment, which is too soon for what should be quarterly service.
