Not necessarily worth the value

I’m still trying to wrap my head around how we went from a once every three-month service, to darn near monthly…and the pests don’t seem to be getting deterred from being on my property…specifically scorpions on and in my house. In the beginning, they seemed great. I don’t know if they’re watering down their spray, or it’s not as potent as years before, but I’m getting ready to switch services. The door knocker sales guy touted that their scorpion poison was superior to who I was using before, and I only needed Aptive to come out once every three months. Aptive’s price for a single three-month service was more than the total for three months combined of the service I was presently using, but they swore I’d never see another scorpion again. Well, they come out now just about every 6 weeks, and I’ve had scorpions on and in my house. It’s getting hard to justify the $137 per visit expense when my family keeps getting stung by scorpions, and I find them on the exterior of the house with a black light.

What makes a difference is the people…

What makes a difference is the people you have working for you and Chris, who performed my last service, was excellent. Chris listened and addressed my concerns with ants in my backyard patio. They are all gone none. Chris also showed concern for my new puppy and gave me all the info on if anything he used was harmful to pets and how long to keep my puppy away from the areas he treated. At the conclusion of service I received pictures of all the specific areas he treated in a text. Great Job Chris!

Customer Feedback on planned service

I was giving a date of service for spraying the inside of my house for unwelcome pests. The date was set for Thursday June 5th, with no mentioned time frame.
For 3 days in a row, I received text messages, reminding me of my appointment.
On the 5th, no call was made to inform me of service timeline. I called customer service & was told that technician will be at my home 8:00am to12:00 noon.
Well, that time has passed, no sign of technician & no phone call from Aptive.
I had to cancel 3 important appointments to stay home & wait for service.
I am very unhappy & disappointed of Aptive service.

Great service except the price

The service has been great! What I don't like is that prices seem to be constantly going up. My friend in my neighborhood pays half of what I do and loves her service provider. She has been with her provider for about the same time as I have been with Aptive and her price has never increased. I may look into switching.

Can't reschedule my appointments beyond…

Can't reschedule my appointments beyond one week. Virtual help is useless. I asked to be on a 3 month schedule and they continue to book every two months. Pest control companies are a dime a dozen in Las Vegas. But this is getting ridiculous.
