The people are good at what they do.
I like how the people are able to explain what they are doing and how the treatments work. Another thing I like is if there are any issues that come up in between normal services they will come out for free to address them.

Unfortunately, had to get a re-service…
I had to have a re-service done because the technician did not spray the smoke in all the areas he was supposed to and did not fill up my bait traps as he stated. I had Shermon come the second time and he did wonderful as usual. I always give Sherman five stars. He is very respectful and I trust that he will do what is needed for the service.

Aptive Pest Control services
The Aptive pest control services work well to manage our pests ( big centipedes and spiders). The Aptive team has strong communication using email, text, and still coming to your door to talk about what’s going on in and outside the house. Team members are responsive to any requests, concerns, questions. The service is performed quickly and efficiently with pics of everything that was touched or replenished, provided at completion. We have had other service providers in the past but came back to Aptive.
