The technician and service is excellent

The technician, who we always hope is Rob, is always on time, friendly, asked Important
question's about what we need done, and explains what he will do. That’s just a normal visit.
We’ve also had times when we’ve had emergency’s like hornets, an army of ants, and a barrage of flies. All handled and explained.

Satisfied customer

I only have exterior service and apparently it gets the job done because I don’t have the need for interior service. In the two years using Aptive I haven’t seen any bugs in my house.

Number of services

Number of services
Contract is for four services - however they keep trying to fit in more than four per year and charge extra for the 1 to 2 additional.
Two years of having to reach out and cancel the extra and they still keep trying to slip extra ones in.
I have reached out to the corporate number, and they confirmed it was only contracted for four per year.
They have hopefully shutdown any extra ones this year - ie: I have had all four done this year already with almost 5 months remaining in the year.
The tech is excellent; however, the company's business practices are a bit shady.
Still waiting for their service manager, Edward Rising, to reach back out about the problem.
Not holding my breath at this point.
This is very much a case of the old adage - buyer beware.
Not recommended unless you want to have to watch how many extra charges they try and slip in.
