I love love Aptive!

The service was well done

The service was well done. The only thing why I gave a 9 is because I had asked to come after 4 pm. They were there 12:40 pm. I would have loved to been there the time when the service was been done.

Juan arrived this time

Each time an Aptive employee arrives to take care of my home, they are the most polite and personal/friendly staff that I have encountered. They aim to please and go beyond what is expected of them.
Anytime I request something, they are always willing and able to assist.

Aptive employee did an Awesome job!!

The Aptive employee was professional & wanted to hear my pest control concerns & issues. He did a thorough interior & exterior home pest control treatment. Then checked back in to let me know all that he had done e & if there was anything else that I needed. A++ job..!! Thank you

Great Service

The young lady who treated my house and yard yesterday did a great job, just as I requested, She sent me a text prior to her arrival letting me know when she would arrive, When she arrived I told her what I wanted treated and that's what she did and gave me a full report, along with photos of what she had done, I only gave you 4 stars for one reason. Today, I received a text asking me to pay my bill. I've, many times, requested that you send me a bill through the mail and you finally have for a few times but it appears that you may have changed that again. If you will kindly send me a monthly bill, I will immediately follow up with a check.

Technician didn't notify me that he was…

Technician didn't notify me that he was on his way. I had requested a 9-12 window, he showed me the system had us down for any time, not his fault. I wasn't home when they arrived and no one rang to door to announce their presence. I arrived home as they were leaving and asked them to do the garage and first level. He did a poor job in the garage and stated he did the patio earlier from outside with a long range sprayer. He had a trainee who completed the interior first floor, he was ok. The instructor had an attitude and couldn't wait to leave. I do not want that person to service our home again.

Amazing Staff

Henry was amazing. I had them come back out due to ants being in my house. I explained they had come out two weeks prior for service and yet the ants arrived. He listened and told me how he would retreat the areas I was concerned about. The ants did exactly what he said they would do and now they are gone. He was so professional and took the time to explain to me how and why they were showing up and put my mind at ease.

Our technician, Mike

Our technician, Mike, is very consciencious and thorough in treating our condo. He cannot treat the back unless we are home as we only have a deck and he is always willing to change times so we will be here. He takes pictures to let us know that the bugs are not there. We are very pleased with his service.

They showed up before 8am in the morning, this not good for us. We have a different technician every service which is why we
Cancelled the first time we had you guys. I was told when I agreed to sign back up with you again that would not happen.
