The technician advised me before arriving what he would be addressing on the visit. I texted that I wanted him to look for a specific issue. As I was not home at the time he sent me before and after pictures to show he had in fact done as I had requested.

I was not there when the Aptive tech. arrived. He called me to let me know he was on his way which I really appreciated. I let him know that large roaches were seen the day before. He let me know that he would definitely take care of the problem. He notified me when he when he was finished and what he had done plus sent pictures. I felt confident of the treatment.

The Expectation for Care and Cleaness
There has been good care as I have seen better treatment for bugs. There are outdoor critters that are quite obvious in our large yard. I am at an age that the help of a company like Aptive Pest Control is important.

I received my notice from Ian saying he was on the way. When he arrived he was great about asking if I had any concerns and then told me what he was going to do. He did everything he said he would and then notified me that he was leaving. It was a very nice interaction.
