Well a month ago my Aptive service went very well and the technician did a great job spraying my house property, sweeping out spider webs, and placing bug/mouse traps near the entry points of my garage. However, they had notified me that they would be servicing my property again today (6/12/26), but they FTA'd (failed to appear). This unpredictable service is what caused me to cancel my monthly subscription a couple of years ago so it looks like I'll be doing that again.

Great service
The technician by the name of Gerard was very knowlegable and helpful. He addressed all my concerns in a nice professional way. I have been with Aptive for years but this is the best service I ever got.

Our service provider
Our service provider, Carlos was very friendly and helped get some spots in the garage. But he kinda of sprayed all over the place while in the back yard. It got all over the windows and the patio cushions. But not so much under the furniture. I had to kill several spiders and egg sacks after the visit. The other person that was there with Carlos did a good job of getting the webs knocked down.

ENTIRELY DISHONEST
Sales rep sold a service every 3 months and they scheduled every two months for the full charge doubling the cost. Had to manually call to reschedule every time.
When I called to cancel the rep lied about everything and tried to gaslight me about when I had services and that I was still under contract and had to pay $200. He also said I could not reschedule a service. Blatant liar and even laughed on the phone as he know he was lying. Avoid this company at all costs. They removed their google reviews because they were so bad.

The customer service has been great
The customer service has been great. After their service everything is great for about 2 weeks and then the mosquitoes are back with a vengeance! They are great about scheduling appointments at no additional costs to come help with the issues and they always try a new trap placement or moving them to the area of concern. I just wish the mosquitoes would stay gone!
