I was thoroughly impressed

I was thoroughly impressed. I called Aptive to inform them that I had wasp nests forming in my doorway. They sent out a representative the next day. He removed the nests and found more within my outdoor window shutters and treated the area. The representative, Patrick was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Did they come or not.

No one ever calls to say they are on their way. Most of the time the only way I know they did anything is by seeing charges to my credit card.

What they do works and keeps the pests away

Since starting my service in 2023, the ants are completely gone and I have very little of any issue with pests!! Even the ticks have been controlled!! When I have any issues they come back out to retreat free of charge. The service is generally excellent. I have had a few issues but nothing that hasn’t been fully rectified!!
