Speedy turnaround. With less than a week to obtain a Russian visa, I checked out several agencies. They all said it would take 12 days or 8-10 days for expedited service. A few didn't even offer expedited service. Since our flight was in a week, none of these options worked. When I contacted APVI, they said they could obtain a visa within 24 hours of receiving my application and support (e.g. passport, photos, itinerary). They undersold themselves. My application arrived at 10:30 am on Tuesday. By 5:50 pm the same day, I had received a Fedex tracking number. My visa was on the way and would arrive the next day, a week earlier than the other visa service companies. Shafa and the rest of the APVI team know their stuff. I highly recommend them They are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed! Thanks APVI!

Excellent experience obtaining a Russian visa with the help of APVI. Online application was easy to follow, APVI customer service representatives were knowledgeable and very helpful when contacted by phone with questions. Visa arrived promptly. APVI made the Russian Visa obtaining experience painless. Gaining a Russian Visa can be a tedious, time consuming, and frustrating process. However, APVI certainly earned their fee by making the process almost routine. They patiently walked me through the steps. I highly recommend using their service. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

We needed Visas to travel to Russia on a trip this coming spring. We thought we knew which type of visa to apply for but were not sure so we called APVI and they helped us to decide. Later, during the application process, we spoke again to make sure our submissions were accurate and then about a half hour after we submitted the applications, APVI called and asked for clarification for one item and made the needed correction. We submitted all necessary paperwork and received our passports with visas incorporated back in less than two weeks. Great service! Thank you, APVI.

I realized 6 days before traveling to Mexico that my kid's passports were expired. I am a big fan of calling a service and talking to a human before committing $500. I called and a lovely person named Johnny answered. He was so patient with me as I asked all my questions. The process is a bit complex, even for a techie, but Johny guided me through it with ease. I cannot recommend them enough. We got our passports with 2 days to spare!

Wow. If you have any Passport or Visa needs... USE APVI! In my rush to get a visa renewed I inadvertently sent my passport to DC on Friday - completely forgetting I had an international flight on Tuesday of the next week. They went WAY above and beyond in helping me get my passport back in time for my flight. So far as driving to the FedEx location to help find my passport to turn it around. Once I got back from that trip they expedited my initial visa requests at lighting speed. Communication was amazing the entire process. THANK YOU APVI!!
