Very satisfied with APVI. They took care of everything for my Jordanian tourist visa. I recommend their service to anyone, especially if this is your first time applying for a visa and have no idea how the process works. APVI makes sure that you have done everything correctly before mailing out the application.

My Passport somehow disappear from my hotel room while taking my daughter to school in Arizona. My wife and I had scheduled a family reunion in Vancouver, BC the following week and I would not be able to attend without a passport. APVI came to my rescue and was able to get me my passport in time. To be honest I did not believe they would be able to obtain my passport in time but I gave it a shot. Well, i was wrong they kept me abreast the whole time and FedEx attempted to deliver my passport. However, I was unable to be there on time. APVI called FedEx an arranged for me to pick up my passport. Long story short I made it to Vancouver and had a fabulous time with family. Thank You Thank you Thank you. Your staff was amazing.

I was in rush to get my Visa to russia and they made it painless, quick and professional. They always have an amazing customer service and I always her back in a matter of minutes from them! Amazing and thank you!

I recently needed to apply for a Russia visa for my director and only had four business day to have this turned around. I worked with Shafa and she was excellent. I was had a very unusual situation as my director's passport which had a valid Russia visa had been destroyed by their family dog (true story) . To make a long story short Shafa was personable and reach out to counterparts for assistance in order to insure that I would receive a visa. We ended up having to send the request to the New York office and it was turned around in a day. The following Monday I also received a follow-up call just confirm that I had received the passport. I am greatly appreciative of the support that I had received. The customer service was 2nd to none!

Worst Experience
Applied for Saudi Visa, APVI provided worst service and blaming every inefficiency of their staff on Saudi embassy that they change rules every day. I lost more than $1600 and had great mental stress due to their service. Finally withdrew application, if possible will rate them in minus and recommend Saudi embassy to black list APVI for miss representing them and I will provide every evidence and assistance to prove my claim.

This is my second time using this company and they have exceeded my expectations yet again! I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing a travel visa quickly.

The service was great, efficient and customer centered. And a special thanks to Johnny for holding my hand from start to finish.

I was very hesitant on using this because you pay first and then hope for the best, but it was worth it. APVI was absolutely AMAZING! I had to get a last minute Brazilian visa within 3 days and my rep, Gessica Maia, got it done for me. She kept me updated multiple times a day through both email and phone call. She even rang me on her lunch break to let me know how it was going. I highly recommend APVI for any last minute scenarios like this.
