Bought my Audi TT from Ari at AQ Car Sales and the whole experience was smooth and professional. I purchased the car unseen as I’m over 200 miles away, and Ari was extremely helpful throughout. The car was delivered to my door for £350, which made things much easier. There was a minor issue with a dodgy glow plug that my local garage sorted quickly, but otherwise the car was exactly as described. Very happy with both the car and the service — highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Ford Focus Estate from AQ Car Sales. It was a model I particularly wanted and as I live over 120 miles away I bought the vehicle unseen. Ari was so friendly and helpful, he made the whole process so seamlessly easy. The service was so good he even arranged delivery that same day, which suited me. Ari even sent me a photo of my new car on the transporter ready to start its journey to me, which I thought was a very kind, personal touch. The gentleman who delivered was friendly. We had to smile to ourselves when we saw our car, it was in beautiful condition and spotless, exactly as the advertised photos. The car drives lovely and we’re thrilled with it. Thank you Ari, I can’t recommend you highly enough.

After having the run a round with a well established dealership, I saw a car that was perfect for me!

I called and spoke with Hannah, she advised the vehicle is ready to go and I went down to see and test drive the car!

Brilliant customer service right from the start a gentleman fetched the car around, and I knew there and then I was going to buy it!

Looked around it test drove it, nothing wrong with the car a few age related marks but for a 7 year old car you can’t expect show room condition.

Brilliant service from the start, due to the car only being mot’d till November, they went out of the way and put a full 12 months Mot on the car!

Could not recommend enough! Will share my experience with family and friends!

BUYER BEWARE - Bought my car 6 weeks ago, engine light came on advised by AQ cars to put high quality petrol in, which I did. Engine light still on!
Please don't be fooled by the 6 months AA warranty, no garages off their list or locally wanted to deal with them! Ended up taking it to my local garage who replaced the spark plugs (not covered by the warranty anyway?), 1 week later drove to Scotland broke down on a major road. RAC replaced spark plugs again!! Long story short engine light came on again. Back in my local garage.
Contacted AQ cars, Hannah kept repeating herself about the AA warranty, said she could get a local garage to run diagnostics, when I asked if they would cover the costs, she mentioned the AA warranty again (which only covers £500.00) they refused to take the vehicle back I paid £9000. for this car. My local garage offered to speak to them, as there is an underlying problem she was not interested in this either. Overall a terrible experience. Please think very carefully before buying from here!!

Saw a vehicle I liked on their website and arranged a viewing with Hanna , who was very polite and accommodating. Visited the forecourt the next day. It was a bit hard to find as set back off main road and not well signposted. I was greeted in a friendly manner and handed the keys to look round the vehicle, (No pushy salesmen pestering you every 5 minutes) I was allowed to get in the car and start it, and give it a good going over. I realised it wasn’t the car for me, but they did have another vehicle I was interested in, this was brought upto me as it was at their other site. Again given the keys to give it a good inspection at my leisure. Took vehicle for a test drive. The vehicle had 4 months MOT left, I was advised they would put a new MOT on the vehicle. Which they did by taking vehicle to an independent MOT station, and car was back with its new MOT within an hour or so. All paperwork completed and explained well.6months warranty and 12 months AA breakdown cover free. Plenty of tea was offered while I waited for vehicle to come back from MOT station.
I was given a fair price for my part exchange, which I was happy about, (no haggling) I didn’t use finance so can’t comment on that aspect. the car I purchased drove faultless all the way home (66miles) all in all I am very satisfied customer, and would recommend AQ car sales for your next vehicle purchase.

Stay away from this garage at all cost . They will promise you everything to get you there then in my case slashed the price of my part ex by one third this after sending all photos of my truck . I traveled 5 hours to do the deal . After travelling so far not even a cup of tea . Tried to get finance through AA they would not touch this garage I understand why now . Don't be fooled by the friendly voice on phone this all changes when you get there . Worse expo I have ever had

bought a ford focus had the car serviced saturday as car was making alot of black smoke

The mechanic noticed the brakes and discs told me the car is illegal to drive in that bad off condition

Contacted these about it 6 calls no answer so sent a email wont help at all and the car was a death trap

Said all ok been checked only owned few weeks so ca t have got in tbat bad condition in that time
