We had our ensuite renovated in May 2025. So feel it's a good time to review after a couple of months of use.

It was great from start to finish. Eddie & Finn were our fitters and both lovely to work with.

On time, really professional and knowledgeable. Both of them listened to what we wanted and gave some great suggestions along the way. Did a great job with the tiling, ensuring each tile flowed seamlessly into the next. It's one of my favourite rooms!

They also tidied up at the end of each day (important as we still had to live in the house and have 2 young kids).

If you're after someone reliable, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Aquabathrooms.

We had Aquabathrooms do a family bathroom and utility room. Fantastic service & Communication before & during the build. The installers (Nathan &Sean) were very helpful with any changes & upfront about what the costs would be . Job well done ! Very pleased.

Excellent after sales service. We had a small problem with cracked grouting on floor tiles laid a year ago. Aqua sent someone round to fix it. No problem. We are pleased.

great service using top rate products and fitters, everything was done quickly with minimum fuss or disruption, the finished bathroom shower and area was at a very high standard and working extremely well, thoroughly recommend this company

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Initial consultation from Mark makes me want to go for aqua bathroom as he answered all of my questions in great details and he spent a lot of time measuring the bathroom carefully. Leigh has great communication throughout process answering all my queries promptly. Installer Eddie and his team were just incredible. He was friendly, professional and hardworking. More importantly he was so efficient. He managed to renovate the whole bathroom in about a week!! In addition, great communication throughout project as I was not at home most of the time. The standard of quality of work was high. I am very happy with the final result. One of the item is not arriving until a later date and Eddie is willing to come back to install the last item for me when it arrives.
He is going above and beyond for their customers. I would strongly recommend aqua bathroom especially team Eddie!

Excellent service. Had full bathroom refit. Aqua bathrooms kept me up to date with everything and were able to fit dates around my schedule. Fitter was excellent and everything was completed in the timescale that was agreed. Everything was cleaned and all rubbish removed. A very stress free experience.

I was introduced to Aqua Bathrooms via Total Bathroom at Bath. The bathroom purchased via Total, fitting arrangements via Leigh at Aqua.
Leigh makes the process stress free and allocated me a fitter, Duncan Rea.
This guy is well worth waiting for if he’s unavailable at the time you want your bathroom done. WAIT UNTIL HES AVAILABLE!
He works like a Trojan, doesn’t drop. He’s meticulous for detail and so willing and happy to explain why he is doing things and the advantages at having done so.
As a bonus, he’s a breath of fresh air to have around, such a sense of humour and we laughed lots and moaned! I love a moan.
The clincher was Douglas the Labrador took to him immediately and 10 minutes before arrival would sit patiently waiting.
This guy is top notch.

The installers Nathan and Shaun were totally professional. The experience was completely stress free and we are delighted with the bathroom they have left us with. I can’t praise them enough for everything.

Excellent standard of work from Liam and Tyler. Both were diligent and just really nice guys. There were delays due to unforeseen circumstances but both showed flexibility to see the project through. I would highly recommend both these guys and Aquabathrooms who were supportive from the start and throughout.

Having our bathroom installed by Aquabathrooms was a really positive experience. Eddie and his team were absolutely brilliant - quick, efficient and very hard working. The organization of skilled professionals coming in on various days was seamless and very well coordinated and all the work was completed to a very high standard. They were friendly, helpful and very flexible, for example when the shower we ordered didn’t arrive at the right time - and they always made sure we were left with a working loo throughout the refurb!!

I can’t rate this company highly enough.

Leigh put up with some really stupid questions from me. Rich installed everything beautifully. Sometimes I just sit on my new toilet and stare at it all. Recommend!

From start to finish the bathroom installation was carried out to a very high standard and to schedule - Matt and his brother were able to advise and modify as the installation was carried out - I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone considering a bathroom installation - thank you guys -Tony

Excellent installation provided by Aqua Bathrooms. Job was completed on schedule and Richard, the fitter, did a first class job with real attention to detail and he made sure he communicated with us throughout the fitting of both bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Aquabathrooms enough. The experience was so easy from start to finish. The initial survey was detailed and ensured I was clear on what to expect and what the end product would be. I was then informed by the back office of a date for installation. The fitter then handled every element of a complete rip out and refurbish of my ensuite. He was very polite and professional and the finished product was fantastic. Shame someone else done my bathroom a couple of years back, as they were good, but nowhere near the level of detail.

Good experience from star to finish .unique bathroom were are Fitters, natham and shaun ,both lovely blokes .few small problems which they overcome,and a brilliant finish .def recommend to others in future
