Payout Issues

My first payout took an entire 2 weeks and multiple attempts reaching out until someone finally helped me and I received my payout and I was still charged the monthly fee even though I had no access to the account for those 2 weeks. This time around I’m requesting a payout on 3 accounts using the copy trading supported on Volumetrica (the broker used by Aqua Futures) and after 4 business days I received an email for an “interview” next week due to some of my trades being flagged by their broker adding additional delays to my payout request which is very frustrating.

First payout received

Received my first payout. Although I had to wait one week for the payout to be approved. Account was paused during this time, so I could not trade. I also like using the Deepchart trading platform. Let's see how it goes from now.

I did not receive my reward account 50k

I requested a 50k trial account using my reward system points, and I haven't received it to this day. I opened a ticket on the website as instructed, and support said they don't have access to the accounts. Many people on the aquafutures.io Discord server are having the same problem, and when questioned about it, they simply block us, and we can't message anyone on the aquafutures.io team. I demand my 50k account.

Payout loops and resets due to thier migration

I made my profitable days and the payout cycle was met, but Aqua did a migration from projet x to voumetrica which reset all my stats, including profitable days. My payout cycle is now 2 whole weeks away (March 15th). Note: I had already hit my profitable days and could have requested a payout based on the cycle. Support can't help, so now I have to just reset my work all over to get a payout that has now been pushed back by 2 weeks through no fault of my own. To make matters worse, support won't help; Discord is limited, so you can't message for hours. It's all setup for them not to pay you out and for them not to provide support.

I successfully passed the challenge 7 calendar days ago. I contacted support to ask what happens next. I sent all the evidence they requested, but I still haven’t received any response from support. I do not recommend it. The prices do not match reality.

Considering the circumstances, it's quite acceptable.

In the crowd of future prop firms, this one has managed to provide an amazing experience at an affordable price. My daughter just received her first payment today. Although the chat support was a bit slow, COO Kyle is specifically praised for his integrity and for ensuring the payout process was completed.

Stay away from this firm

Stay away from this firm, not a serious propfirm.

According to the dashboard my account i had 400 daily drawdown and 900+ overall DD left which made me trade with my usual risk. Account got breached the moment i went to drawdown in a trade.

I just been with Aqua Futures for a couple of months so far and passed this month.
My experience with them is good and am looking forward to the journey with them.
Kyle the COO has been very helpful with me.
Yes there may be delays but thats expected as just had to bring a new platform out due to loss of Project X but they are working on bringing another platform out soon.

Previously i was using them without no…

Previously i was using them without no stress. Since they changed to the volumetrica platform i feel they are being shaddy and suspicious
Lock discord slowmo for 6 hours
Deliberately ignore messages that is tied to the issue and delete your messages
I feel they lack that transparency
If they are losing money is better to be transparent atleast
I will advise others to avoid them for now
Bought account since on Wednesday can’t even trade it sent mail and various way to reach them no avail

I’ve had a great experience with Aqua Futures. I received my funded account credentials in a short time after completing the required review process. The steps were clear, and everything was handled professionally.
For those leaving negative reviews on Trustpilot, a bit of patience goes a long way—once your review is completed, you’ll receive your credentials. Traders should also make sure to follow the clearly outlined rules in the FAQ, especially regarding consistency and trading days.
I’m looking forward to my first payout, and so far, I genuinely think they are one of the best in the space.

I have problem with my account and the KYC verification after i passed the evaluation. they don't respond in either mail, website, and discord. Only an automatic respond that you will have a respond. ON discord they closed my ticket without respond and they don't let me create new one
