We had a bespoke sauna installed by aqualine last year in London.
They have been really great to work with and we are so delighted with the results. Gary is really helpful and a fountain of knowledge and the sauna fitting team were passionate and love what they do.

We were really pleased with the sauna supplied for the Llanberis project for DIY SOS. The quality of the product and the finish were excellent, and it integrated well into what was a challenging and time-sensitive build. The team were helpful throughout the process and supported us in delivering a great end result for the homeowner. We’d be happy to work with them again on future projects.

This is a very belated review of my wonderful traditional sauna from Aqualine. I decided to test it over a period of time to write an honest review. The bottom line is the sauna is absolutely great. My experience with the Aqualine team was also excellent. We needed to defer the delivery because of the house renovation and nothing was a problem for this professional team. They also mailed me some varnish which was used for the sauna because of some damaged corners we acquired during the decoration of the room. Absolutely wonderful experience. Great sauna, excellent team. I highly recommend!

Saunamed 3 Person Sauna;
I purchased the three person infared sauna from Aqualine. I had a struggle with the types of light panels and was confused about the different features and benefits of each. Adam took an enormous amount of time and went over and above all expectations to ensure that he gave me lots of information and ordered the right option for me. I highly recommend the product and the company to anyone wanting to purchase a home sauna system. There are a range of options in terms of light types and size. I picked the three person so that I could comfortably lie down in it with my legs up (I am 5’9”).

Very nice sauna - we are happy with the quality. The after sales service is very good.

Absolutely fantastic hot tub—probably the best thing we've ever bought. We sit and relax in it most days. Treat yourself; it's like being on holiday every day!!

Purchased a single person sauna and all of team at aqualine were consistently helpful leading up to my decision to purchase. Adam was very helpful indeed in sorting an issue regarding EMF's. It took a little while but the attitude at Aqualine remained supportive, efficient and doing everything within their power to resolve this All sorted now and the sauna is very lovely, does what its suppsed to do and is really helping with my health issues. A very good company to deal with.

I have recently purchased a sauna med 4/6 person infra red sauna. Set it up myself with the help of my son. The instructions aren't great, but if you take a bit at a time and don't rush it you can get it all set up in 4-6hours.
The customer service has been excellent so far and I have no reason to think their aftercare won't be just as outstanding.

While I have had some trouble with the sauna (see other review) these comments are in respect of the Oslo Hot Tub.

To get the bad bits out of the way first, do not believe for a second that this will take 15 minutes for two people to assemble. The instructions that come with it are truly awful. There are YouTube videos (not produced by the company) that will be of assistance but it’s not beyond the realms of reasonableness for a buyer to expect better instructions on assembly and operation. Also, it’s unlikely to be delivered within the timescales suggested as the company uses an external delivery business so you will be dependent on their schedule.

Now for the good bits. Given its relatively low price (compared to others), it offers fantastic value for money. The bubble function and jets are powerful and you’d get 99% of everything you’d expect for on a £5000 one. If you have restricted access to the rear of your house, the clever design eliminates the need to hire a crane at £1000 to lift a traditional one over the house. I would have given the company 4 stars due to the lack of instructions or information produced by Aqualine on their product but they were very helpful in sorting the problems to they, just about, get 5.

When you know what to do (in the unlikely event that you would want to own two) then it is relatively simple but only when you spend two hours putting the first one together.

You’ll have to buy chlorine tablets quickly as none are provided (not even a basic couple to get you going) and you’ll have to read up on how to use them as the instructions make no mention of it. You'll also have a few bits left over which, I can only presume, are needed if you dismantle the hot tub and put it into storage.

When finished it looks like a much more expensive hot tub than the price suggests and you can have just as much fun.

Just a quick mail to say how happy we are with our new Sauna, after the odd teething issue we have settled down and love it. I would however, like to take this opportunity to say a very big special thanks to Ken Bell (the installer) who got over any minor design issues with amazing ease and calmness, his knowledge and detailed professionalism was prevalent all through the fit-out. As you know there was a part missing when the kit arrived (lighting) he returned with the same lovely manner and completed the fit, also could you please thank Gary who helped with the heavy stuff.

Matthew and Heather were extremely helpful in our purchase (3 person, full spectrum). I had looked at lots of other companies and compared over months. We had independent installers assemble our sauna as it was going in a summer house that was assembled at the same time. 1 of the heating elements was broken on delivery but a quick phone call and Heather had it replaced plus a spare the following day. Have used it a few times now and is working great. Delivery was quick and easy to arrange.

Heather and Matthew made our experience of purchasing a sauna very easy. Firstly, the Sentiotec Sauna cabin and Harvia Glow Wifi connected Heater are excellent and top quality. The team at Aqualine Saunas were very helpful when we needed advice on the type of sauna, heater and accessories that would suit us and that would be in our budget, on who could help to construct the sauna, the type of paint to use for the wood and also were very proactive at organising delivery from Sentiotec of a couple of missing parts. Highly recommended company and their customer service gave me a lot of confidence.

Fantastic Sauna but more importantly fantastic service from Aqualine. After having a fault shortly after using it they promptly diagnosed the problem and immediately sent out replacement parts. They also followed up to ensure I had sorted it. Can’t recommend them more!

I have issues with a trapped nerve in my spine causing pain in my right leg some days worse than others.
Pain relief medication helps but cannot be taken long term.
A friend suggested an Infrared Sauna from Aqualine because he had one from them and was very happy with it.
From the first contact the team at Aqualine were brilliant, answering my questions and guiding me through the options.
I decided to purchase a Saunamed 2 person Classic Sauna.
After a gentle start at a low temperature l soon found the right temperature for me.
After the 2nd Sauna the leg pain reduced significantly and has stayed that way for 3 weeks now. A side benefit from the Sauna is improved sleep!!!
I thoroughly recommend Aqualine for their efficient and professional service, and Infrared Sauna.

Thanks Aqualine for a great Sauna and a company to be trusted. I wont repeat what has been said before but I will add my comments on the heaters in a SaunaMed sauna. On a regular basis we use a Sauna (caravan site) that has the new flat panel carbon heaters, the sauna and heat is fine but after a sauna I was left with a slight headache and my wife always feels tired, all symptoms that you may think normal after a sauna. This sauna did make us want one at home so I started to look at everything available in the UK , and discovered all the problems with EMF/EMR.

Unable to find a sauna other than SaunaMed which guarantee's low EMF we decided to try the ceramic heaters even though I could not find any comparison on the internet of the two heater types that was independent, so here it is. The SaunaMed heaters produce a heat inside the sauna exactly like the carbon heaters, we sauna at 60 deg. c. both saunas have a constant heat no cold spots . However the ceramic heaters feel more powerful (hard to describe but they actually feel like they penetrate more) and they make us sweat quite a bit quicker and greater volume than the carbon sauna. We use our sauna for exactly the same time , consume the same amount of water and have the same temperature set as the caravan sauna, but I do not get a headache and my wife does not feel tired. Read into that what you like but we are delighted with our choice of sauna and heaters.
