2 person sauna delivered 2 weeks after ordering so not the 5-7 days as advertised. Delivery drivers were a bit 'jobsworth' but they did eventually help us run the large package down a short slope when we took full responsibility for it. No problems with install after getting it all out of the packaging which is substantial but still not perfect as there were a couple of pinch points where the product had not been fully protected. The Chinese quality is a bit hit and miss. Had to glue the seat which was poorly fixed together with staples which project and are sharp; it also has some rough timber which cannot be seen once assembled.
Some of the wood work is also poor and flimsy but the Chinese have ensured that this is hardly visible and when fully assembled the cabin stiffens up.
Some blemishes on the front glazed panel which is a shame as overall it looks quite good. The glass door is poorly fitted and so will have to adjust to ensure durability over time. The floor is very flexible and could have been made stiffer and so I wonder how long it will last.
The controls all seemed to work but have not used it yet and will update these comments in due course.

If you are looking for a good quality Sauna package for a realistic price I can absolutely from personal experience recommend Aqualine. Having spent a lot of time (months) researching the purchase of a traditional finish style Sauna with the stones etc I ordered the Saunamed from Ashley@Aqualine. The Sauna was delivered exactly as promised and it works incredibly well. The temperature stabilises at exactly 80 degrees and the quality of the wood and cabin is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aqualine to anybody looking to make a purchase of this kind. When first looking into what I was going to buy in terms of a home Sauna the whole thing was relatively daunting and I would have saved myself a lot of hassle by going straight to Aqualine. This is the main reason I wanted to write this review so other people in the position I was in can save a lot of hassle and should go to Aqualine as I can tell you from personal experience they get the job done.

Easy to order, delivered on time, and good communication in answering questions. We got the SaunaMed 4-6 Person Luxury Cedar FAR Infrared Sauna EMR, with assembly service. The installer was excellent and all went smoothly. Although it’s not complicated to install, it does take considerably longer than the 30 minutes advertised, even for the installer. Also, beware that the 4-6 person capacity for the model we got is an overestimation. It fits 2 average-sized persons comfortably, 3 so so, 4 is really pushing it, 4+ persons is virtually impossible. Otherwise, the sauna works really well and we're happy.

I ordered a sauna from these guys and then panicked as my order stayed in processing for a few days, however I called them and they called me back and reassured me as soon as they had a delivery date from the couriers it would be delivered the next week. However they had a week delay but they let me know and it was delivered within 3 weeks later. This was a good service and faster than many others out there. I would recommend them.

I have to admit, when I looked into buying from these guys I was a little skeptical as I couldn't see many reviews around. They actually have quite a few on their own website so worth checking there if you're interested.

I purchased my sauna about a month ago so it's early days I guess, but I was really pleased so far. Professionally dealt with over the phone and the amount knowledge these guys have is great! Nothing was too much trouble and they know their stuff! I actually phoned one of their competitors for some info and I have to say they weren't half as helpful as Aqualine.

If I have any issues with aftercare etc then I'll update this review. Good experience so far. And a great product. Easy to assemble and a nice finish. Been using it most days which has been amazing. Especially with everything closed at the moment. Thanks.

Bought a sauna from this company. Excellent customer care prior to and after purchase. They also provided an installer who was brilliant. Sauna arrived super quick and installation was booked within couple of days of it arriving. Only thing I needed to arrange was an electrician to hook up the light and heater. Having done a lot of research I was pleased I chose this company. Would definitely recommend.
