Boards look and feel amazing

Bought two paddleboards for my girlfriend and I. They came in super quick fashion and delivery was really good. Unfortunately one of the rucksacks that the paddleboards come in was covered in mould. Customer services were quick to respond to my email and offered me either £10, which I thought was a tad insulting, or a new bag. Luckily the board wasn’t affected so I just took the new bag. All communications were polite and very quick and they had the new bag out to me nice and quickly.
The boards themselves look epic and feel really good quality, can’t complain about them.

Bought a replacement fin for my friends…

Bought a replacement fin for my friends board, as cant afford my own. She has the max rainbow one, who she has name Betsy. Really quality boards, see lots in the lake district where we live.
Very impressed with the way the board handles in various conditions.
Hopefully be able to own one some day xx

Great boards and company

I've bought 2 boards and my wife and I love them both. I had an accident on my board recently and damaged a d ring. The costumer service from Aquaplanet was amazing and I was more than happy with the outcome. Thoroughly recommend these guys!

Stick with Decathlon!

Nothing wrong with the product, however within 48 hours of purchasing my product, it had been put in the sale with a substantial amount off. This is despite asking in advance if a sale was planned, given we are at the end of the paddle board season.
Not to worry I thought drop them an e-mail and I am sure they will help me out. Err wrong, tough luck was the response, better luck next time.
Feel ripped off and I would have no confidence in their pricing and as such would not purchase again from aquaplanet. With the value of hindsight I should have stuck with Decathlon who I normally use for such purchases and I have never had an issue with.

Sales and offers do run at varying times and our Customer Service team do not have advance notice of when deals will run and what these will be; I am sorry that this meant you ordered before a sale was announced.

The best way to keep up with any offers is to sign up to the mail list. There may be times that discounts are higher during the year, but we do not honour discounts retrospectively as this defeats the object of having a special offer on for a limited time.

We do our best to keep prices as low as we can for customers, but we are still a business incurring costs and have to ensure we can still keep trading.

I can see that you were able to make use of a smaller discount and free gift instead with your order.

It’s great!

Absolutely love the Aquaplanet boards, been wanted one for a long time. Been SUPing for just over a year and took the chance to get a MAX board when I could. Opened it up and inflated, colours are so vibrant, the carry strap makes it so much easier to transport. The website is super easy to use, delivery was extremely quick.
It would have been 5* but the box it came in was dented, one of the fins is bent a little - probably won’t make a difference to the use but it was a little disappointing. The finish on the paddle is a little shoddy and around the pump hole you can see excess glue - again it won’t effect the use of the board but disappointing.

Rockit Boards

I ordered 2 Rockit Sup Kayaks which arrived a couple of days after placing the order, unfortunately one of the boards was faulty (Fin fitting was back to front) I contacted Aquaplanet and they arranged for the faulty board to be collected the next day, two days later the replacement board arrived. Faultless Customer service from Jess and the boards are great, the best quality available in that price range.

Poor quality

I purchase a paddleboard but it's just not fit for purpose, it's not sturdy in the water and doesn't sit in the water that great, it's goes under the water line, I am 15 stone in weight and the board states suitable for up to 20. 5 stone boarder's, I called customer service and they refused an exchange until i take pictures of the board in the water, the boards are cheap but sell for over £300 but they seem like cheap boards selling at higher end price's, avoid, also there seems a lot of 5 star reviews which maybe fake, I just can't see all these people are satisfied with the products, I'm not a complainer but the boards are poor

A fantastic board and experience

My paddle boarding confidence has grown and I wanted to upgrade from my beginner board to a touring board as doing a lot of paddling on the rivers so was interested in the Aquaplanet Stinger 12ft 8 which I had seen on the Aquaplanet website.
I had a few questions and required some advice to help understand if the profile of the board was right for me and I found the staff at Aquaplanet extremely helpful. I ordered the board via the website to take advantage of discount and the process was quick and easy, just like the delivery (ordered Saturday and arrived Tuesday).
Setting up the board was very straightforward and the quality of board and accessories is fantastic - unusual to get a carbon paddle with any board package.
When I took the board out for the first time I instantly felt comfortable and confident on it and it absolutely glides through the water, still giving excellent stability.
I am so pleased with the Aquaplanet Stinger 12ft 8 board along with the service and support from the Aquaplanet staff - overall an excellent board and amazing customer experience. Thank you.

Great service …

Really good information on the website to help me decide which SUP to buy. The ordering process was quick and easy and my board arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I haven’t tried out my SUP yet, but It was well packaged and I am looking forward to using it soon.

Hurley Apextour shock wave

I bought a Hurley Apextour shock wave. It arrived when they said it would. Had some issues with the board, some of which have been resolved. Custom service took a day or two responding but had a lot of good advice.
