Aqua planet seeker
Ordered a seeker board along with an electric pump. Both arrived in a timely manner as advertised.
Very well packaged and easy to set up.
Only slight issue the board is rated 15-17 psi and the electric pump only goes to 16psi.
Would have thought being there pump it would match the boards pressures. Not a major problem just a thought.
Been out 4 times already and only had it 5 days. So far it’s been reliable and easy board to paddle in both canal and sea.
Very happy with my first kayak

Not interested that my son nearly drowned aslong as they get a board back!!!
My son was out in a marina and suddenly got into difficulty. His Hurley board had dramatically deflated and the weight of the board was pulling him down. Luckily we managed to quickly release his ankle strap and get him to safety. He is severely shuck up following this and is having trouble sleeping. I contacted Aquaplanet regarding this safety issue only for their chat assistant Charlie, to be only interested in where the board was, when I explained that it was under water in a marina because we chose to save my son before the board they refused to help and got very arrogant with their responses before cutting the chat off.
Obviously they are not interested in the safety of their customers!!!

Great customer service
Great customer service, my new board was missing a couple of items, I emailed the staff and had the replacement fins in a couple of days with no problems. Very polite and apologetic response. Great products great prices and great service.
Replacemen bag
Contacted you regarding a replacement bag for my SUP, the original bag was poor quality and started ripping after a couple of uses, after a few repairs and less than 2 years it became unusable. Asked for an FOC replacement but only offered 10% off. Looking at the forums and reviews many customers have had FOC replacement bags so this was disappointing having to pay almost full price.

Purchased a SUP from aquaplanet and was…
Purchased a SUP from aquaplanet and was delighted at first. Sadly during the first use I discovered it had a very small hole in it - board went down pretty quickly. Contacted aquaplanet who suggested it was my fault and to use the supplied repair kit. I wasn’t up for this being brand new I don’t expect to have to start repairing it! When I asked for evidence of the product quality test before dispatch they agreed for me to return it for a replacement. Even though the product arrived via Parcelforce they said I could only return via the dreaded EVRI.
Not up for weeks of messing about with Evri I decided to carry out the repair as instructed. Repair kit did work well however when I then re inflated the board the valve decided to pop out when the board wasn’t even at half the recommended air pressure.
There is obviously a quality issue with the board. I’ve contacted customer service again and look forward to receiving a full refund for the defective product. I’ll never purchase anything from aquaplanet again given the poor quality I’ve experienced.
First class products and service as always.
We ordered a couple of new life jackets as our current ones were getting a little tatty and worn in. Whilst at it we ordered a couple quick release belts too to give a little more ankle freedom when in the water instead of on our boards. Delivery was very quick and the life jackets are fantastic quality. There was a missing belt in the order though but after contacting customer service via the Web chat this was quickly corrected and another belt was sent out and delivered the following day. First class products and service as always. We bought our boards via Aquaplanet almost 2 years ago now and they're still in perfect condition too. I cannot recommend Aquaplanet products or customer service enough.
No Fuss Customer Service
The customer service was brilliant. I realised (quite late and quite stupidly) that the board that I had received was a board from a different company that had been packed into the correct box.
I contacted them Sunday afternoon via email, had a call by Monday and by Tuesday, they had arranged to pick up the wrong board and the correct board was delivered. Maria was extremely helpful and apologetic and got it sorted so quickly with no fuss.
My partner has the board I ordered in a different colour so I know they are awesome boards with a lot of extra accessories which are brilliant.
I would highly recommend.
Delivery an absolute nightmare
Delivery an absolute nightmare. Parcel Force have no useful options for weekday delivery, tracker doesn't update until well after delivery attempts, not even in time to know the order will be out on the day! Saturday delivery is ridiculously expensive. Aquaplanet only happy to confirm the issues you already know happened but won't even budge and help with the delivery issues that are prevalent because of their choice of courier. I would like to say I love the board but I don't even have it yet and I'll probably have to drive to a depot just to get it!
I've wasted a lot of time and it's still not sorted. If they come through then I'll update the review with their solution, but right now, not happy.
Edit: I think the Aquaplanet reply may have been for a different reviewer. I've had no puncture or quality issues with the equipment, it's actually very good and at a very reasonable price. Only the delivery issues let them down.

Zips on backpack corroded and broke…
Zips on backpack corroded and broke rendering it useless. Bag had been washed before storage. But as 5 months outside warranty they wouldn’t replace. They suggested I brought a new one but are out of stock. Very disappointed, board only used a few times
Don’t pay for next day delivery
Excellent service but I paid extra for next day delivery a friend ordered at the exact same time as me and didn’t pay for next day but received his next day so it cost me £10 more not very happy
Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. Ordered a replacement fin . All arrived in very good time . Would definitely recommend aquaplanet .
Received a 'new' SUP at a cost of circa…
Received a 'new' SUP at a cost of circa £300 in a box which was clearly a returned item in a bag that was covered in mould.
Was offered £10 compensation and told to wash the bag!!!
Aquaplanet, I raise you distance selling regulations and the Sale of Goods Act.

Fantastic products and great service
I've bought 3x boards now from Aquaplanet and they have all been really good. Any issues have been easily sorted from a faulty life jacket to a damaged electric pump hose that was replaced with excellent communication from their customer service team. I'm impressed by the responsiveness and their eagerness to continuously improve. The boards have been durable and sturdy with only very minor issues. I will continue to buy from them.
Love this board!
All the kit arrived separately but within a day or two. Love the board! The hose to the hand pump leaked, So I contacted customer services and a replacement hose was sent out straight away.
Cant wait to get out paddling!

Buying experience is super easy. There's a ton of information about choosing the right board and paddling in general. When I have interacted with the support folks they have been really helpful. All in all a very professional experience and I will be buying from them again.
