So I purchased the aqua Strong 18,000…

So I purchased the aqua Strong 18,000 BTU heater for my pool so we hooked it up to our pool after the 48 hours there was no difference in temperature whatsoever and that it started making these crunching like broken glass sound from the interior of the machine.. I've texted at least two dozen times they will not give me a prepaid label I've already paid two payments on klarma And I've already spoke to my bank to stop payment All I want is my money back they said that they would give me my money back as a 30-day guarantee and I am dealing with such rude people so I'm going to suggest unless you know this machine do not buy anything from them... Because they don't back nothing up I'm very disappointed and now they're not even answering my emails anymore

All in all easy to deal with

All in all easy to deal with. The pump I wanted couldn’t be shipped to Hawaii, so we sent one (actually 2) to my daughter in Arizona so she could ship them to us. Then Aquastrong told me we could order through Amazon. We canceled the 2 orders with Aquastrong (quick & easy) & ordered one through Amazon, $10 cheaper & free shipping! Super customer service. Once we get the pump we can update the review for the pump itself. We are replacing a 12v RV pump with a 115v pump. Stay tune!

Quick and Helpful Customer Service

o-rings missing from order

o-rings missing from order. called and emailed with no response. After some time we were given the o rings to order for free. However we have already bought and installed,cic take the free ones for replacements.Issue was solved .

Great customer service

They were very fast to respond to my issue with the top part of my pool filter and are sending me a new part free of charge. They stand behind their product! I greatly appreciate it as the pump has been working so well on our pool!!

We ordered a pool pump and after a week…

We ordered a pool pump and after a week the timer quit working g and the pump will not work. We called customer support and they are supposed to send us a form to fill out and email back and they are supposed to send a new pump. We are still waiting on the form while our pool gets dirty again ! Please expedite our issue!!

Great customer service

I ordered a sand filter pump but didn’t realize it would only handle 9000 gallons until after it was delivered and said this on the box. I contacted customer service to exchange with a larger pump and that’s when I found out they have the specs on their website. It was not in a clear place and I did not see it until I looked deeper. Regardless, the customer service team helped make it right and apologized for the confusion caused by the specs not being easy to see. They definitely redeemed themselves and I hope I never need another pump but if I do I would not hesitate to order from Aquastore again. Thanks for the help!

Excellent customer service, Excellent pump!

Excellent customer service and also an excellent pump. I had some voltage drop issues with the 120V sewage grinder pump due to my long length of wire feed. The service team helped me troubleshoot and recommended their 220V version which works perfectly. It pumps at the stated volume. The pump is cast iron, heavy duty, and looks built to last! I've only had it in operation 2 days, but I am very happy with the pump and especially the customer service team!. If you need a pump, do not hesitate to try this company.

I was charged for an order I cancelled 24 hours before it was sent

I was looking at a pump and want to see total in cart. I accidentally hit buy and o called the number on their site. It was rerouted to another company. I went on chat and explained what happened. They told me my order was cancelled and would not shipped. 24 hours after the order was cancelled it was shipped and charged to my account

The AquaSmart 45 pump is exceptional

The AquaSmart 45 booster pump has been exceptional. The water pressure across the entire house and detached garage is now perfectly regulated by the AS 45 pump which is a big improvement from our previous booster pump. The new pump is also incredibly quiet!! Very impressive. Lastly, the AquaStrong customer service was literally some of best service I've experienced. They answered our questions thoroughly and even helped us troubleshoot when we initially installed the pump.

Very well packed

Very well packed. Did have trouble getting it out. There was a black net inside?, but it went together easily. I installed it on the pool cover easily and plugged it in....the outdoor plug did not pop as it did with the other one(same type model) which I had been using for 6+ years. we have no rain lately, so I can't give you a run down on that.

better late then never!

Still have not received my pump. I was told Feb. 5th, now it is the 8th. and don't have a delivery date. The rating might go down if I don't receive the pump soon.
I did receive the pump a few days late, but all is good now!

High Quality Pump.

The pump is of much higher quality than the one it is replacing. The parts supplied give much flexibility. I wasn't expecting the pump to include Teflon tape for the connections.
