This is my 2nd Aquatica bathtub purchased. My first stone tub was the Arturo , and was in love with my Japanese soaking tub. This time I visited their new showroom in Miami and tried out the Sofia. And aim getting the Sofia, I love both Tubs but for my New house the Sofia works better with the space and I love the size of the tub. The people that work for the company are amazing, informative an truly helpful. One of the best purchases I've ever made. 5 stars....

I originally felt the customer service side of this company was lacking and reviewed it as such. Aquatica immediately took obvious interest in my review, reached out to me, and made every effort to ensure I was kept up to speed on my order. The top of the Sales Division personally ensured this. Impressive attention to detail. I stand corrected on my initial Trustpilot review.

Aquatica consultants were readily available to chat online, and they answered my questions quickly. The consultant offered to ship my plumbing kit ahead of my tub (which is special order) so the plumbing could be ready prior to the arrival of the tub. I'm excited to receive my items.

Great customer service, very helpful.

Overpriced for what it is. One of the feet for the bottom broke when installing it. Had to put wood blocks under it to keep it stable. Contractor couldn't get the acrylic wrapped around the tub to look even all around...it looks higher in some places. If I had to purchase again I would make a different selection.

I visited the website several times during my exploration of tubs. I was impressed with the videos demonstrating different heights of models in the bath tub. I was also happy to find more detailed drawings on the bathtub. Because this is a big purchase and I was unsure of what kind of bathtub would fit my needs, I used the icon asking if I needed help. I was very happy with the assistance given. I would definitely recommend Aquatica for future buyers.

I have been looking for a special tub & always went through retail stores. Since I couldn’t find what I really wanted I started on the net.
No matter what I lookEd at I kept going back to Aquatica.
Boy an I glad I did. The best part wAs Gorham I sales. The nice guy put up with my multitude of questions.
I can’t wAit for my tub to arrive. Not only did I get the air bath but it’s is Cobalt Blau.

It will absolutely be the star of my new bathroom.

Very impressed with the support I have received in the purchase process. From Ana in the technical Department going out of her way to send me a 3D model of the bath, to the support and information received from Goran that allowed me to finalize my purchase. Has been great.

My direct dealings with Aquatics USA were great. I loved their tools that let me see how people of different heights would fit in the tub. Ordering from their website was easy, and I received a follow up to confirm my order. (The tub when it arrived was also fantastic.)

However, the shipping was a nightmare. We were given an end-of-day delivery window...and they never arrived, or called to cancel. However, the tub was marked delivered in their system, which took several calls over multiple days and at least one more missed delivery window to resolve. If this is an outside shipping contractor, they might consider finding a new one.
