Great job, Aquiline!

This was my first experience with Aquiline Delivery and Tracking. I received a prompt email with tracking info but did not receive any updates until package was delivered. Other than that I received my package before estimated date of delivery and the delivery person left it at my front door , safe and out of the rain. I am very happy with this experience.

Aquiline tracking was very precise

Aquiline tracking was very precise, showing events from when package label was created to various milestones along the route. Moreover, the processing was quick even over a holiday period with bad weather in the area.

Terrible service used by amazon dropshippers

Terrible service. Aquiline are not couriers and only provide basic tracking information. Problem is they do not tell you who the actual courier is so when they don't deliver the parcel you have to guess where to pick it up from. Luckily my postie is a star and helped me figure it out. He said Aquiline do tracking for amazon dropshippers selling on Ebay because Ebay doesn't allow dropshipping.

Horrible tracking service/experience

Horrible tracking service, didn't even knock on delivery and parcel was just left outside with no note, only found out when the tracking said delivered. Found the parcel outside the next day in front of the door. Good thing it wasn't stolen

Stick with evri

Package has been with aqualine for over 10 days now, in the same country.
I asked what the latest time for couriers to deliver...they basically refused to answer the question.

Do not reccommend.
