What made my experience so great was the fact that my order came sooo FAST! I was so happy and excited to see how quickly my item was delivered to me!!

This was my first time I used this delivery company but it was great they were fast and excellent. I would use them again and again. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Kept me informed of where package was during transit. Never told me when I would receive package, that would have been helpful. Driver turned around on grass, not cool.

The item was delivered on the day it was due. Not only that but it was a next day delivery just before Christmas. However, my gripe is that whilst I received an email at 17.02 that the item had been delivered, no time nor location was given, (It did not fit in my letterbox and I was out at the time). I looked outside in the dark but could not see anything. At 00.37 the next day an email arrived saying when it had been delivered and where the item had been deposited, but I only read it on the following morning. Delivery had indeed been on the due day at 16.36 but it had been left outside overnight in the rain. Luckily, it was not stolen or damaged. Suggestions for improvement. Offer text as well as email notification notice; offer a delivery window and/or safe place option; synchronise notifications with real time events - i.e. delivery to be advised at the time and not eight hours later.

The tracking was unbelievably fast and accurate.

I purchased something on Ebay and Aquiline Tracking facilitated part of the shipping. Their part of the shipping process was slow and the tracking information provided only worked intermittently. I did eventually receive my package. However afterwards I received an unsolicited email from Aquiline Tracking requesting that I leave them a positive review regarding my experience in exchange for an Amazon gift card. To be clear I wasnt asked to post a review outlining my actual experience and feelings. I was asked only to post a positive review. I made it clear to Aquiline Tracking that it was a violation of Trust Pilot's terms of service to incentivize reviews, positive or otherwise. I made it clear that they should have asked me for my honest review that reflected my actual experience. I also made it clear that I would be reporting them to Trust Pilot and the BBB for terms of service violations and fraud. Steer clear of this company as they are clearly untrustworthy, unprofessional and unscrupulous.

This was the first time I have ever seen this service used , and I was impressed . The tracking was faster than the UPS site. I was concerned because I had not gotten any information, and when I tried the UPS site tracking was not available.

My parcel was delivered straight to my hands courier was kind and very pleasant respected my property and the delivery was very fast no faults here and I think five stars for the tracking information.

No issues at all. Package arrived early. Only issue is there were not any updates online.
