I purchased the TWF Frame For Glock 17…

9-5 update: I was contacted by Jennifer from AR15 Discounts/DirtyBird and she rectified the situation. So I am upgrading from 1 to 4 stars.

I purchased the TWF Frame For Glock 17 Gen 3 & 4 but it's not compatible with gen 3. The "Compliance Manager" Spencer Pope told me to go ask Lone Wolf. Your description was incorrect, you sold it, I'm your customer, you fix it. Well, was your customer. I hate it when these companies are unwilling to discuss issues like humans. Just "no, we don't care, we got your money, go away." Sure, I'll just be over here *-ing myself.

You’re right — you purchased the item from us, and it’s our responsibility to make sure product descriptions are accurate and that any issues are handled directly with our team. I’m sorry if it felt like you were being passed off elsewhere, that’s not the experience we want for our customers.

Regarding the TWF Frame for Glock 17, our catalog management team reviewed the product listing to make sure compatibility information is 100% correct so this doesn’t happen again.

I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent order experience with AR15 Discounts.

On July 17, 2025, at 12:34 am, I ordered a SB Tactical SBPDW Pistol Stabilizing Brace for $263.97, which included the charge of $34.94 for FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. When I tracked my order, I discovered that the item would not arrive until Monday, July 21, 2025 – well beyond the expected delivery time I had anticipated when selecting the overnight option.

After reaching out to a representative via chat, I was informed that FedEx’s overnight service does not guarantee delivery on weekends, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. While I appreciate the representative’s acknowledgment of this issue and his commitment to relay my feedback for future improvements, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

I believe that clear communication regarding shipping policies is essential for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this situation has led me to the conclusion that AR15 Discounts does not align with my expectations regarding customer care.

As such, I requested the immediate cancellation of my account along with the removal of all my personal information from their system.

While I understand how disappointing this was, I do want to clarify that our Shipping Policy states FedEx Standard Overnight does not include weekend delivery. Orders placed late in the week typically arrive the following business day—Monday in this case.

Truly a diamond experience

I placed my order and it was put in a no fraud hold so they could verify my purchase as it was my wife buying it from her card which is at a different billing address then my shipping address. I appreciated the attention to that, and I received my item exactly when I figured I would. Amazing people awesome customer service Mark was right on the money with support just all in all a great company to deal with.

Amazing company!!
Ar15discounts.com was able to provide the product as stated on their website and super fast order processing and shipping.
The manufacturer had this product on back order but ar15discounts.com came through and delivered. Amazing experience.
I’ll be a regular customer from now on

Price was great

Price was great, shipping could have been a little less but it was still ok. Love the Torque wrench and it is $10.00 cheaper than Walmart so shipping's not so bad after all. I haven't seen that muzzle break anywhere else for an AR, which by the way looks awesome on the weapon.
