Your website is very easy to use and more importantly your product speaks itself. It is fantastic and when I wear it, it makes the whole street into stand-still.

Highly recommended, customer service went above and beyond to assist me with pervious issues regarding a stolen package. Top establishment with high-end products.

I have bought Kashmir Musk and Jabel Al Cotton... As per description, both were supposed to be long lasting for 6 hours or so. But it didn't even last for 2 hours. Really diappointed by wasting more than £400.

Don’t put your company name as a customer when asked
So I ordered a new perfume but when taking my details, it asked for my company name which confused the delivery address and hence my order was cancelled and I was asked to put in the right delivery address again. It just put me off so I went to buy another perfume from another company.
Not having a smooth customer journey compared to other perfume websites put me off hence the preference. I would say improve your ux for a seamless customer journey.
Thanks,
Suad

As a user of Arabian Oud for over 20 years I am delighted to know i am able to purchase my fragrant online.
Of course one dose not have the whole selection to choose from as if going into the store but there is enough to choose from.
my order was delivered with no problems and very well packed. I bought 4 scents blindly and delighted with them all .I went by the descriptions and used my imagination to feel how the notes would be played off each other. I loved them all .
