Amazing! honestly cant say enough positive things about Christopher Lee was our appointed solicitor through ARAG. This was our first ever time for a litigation case (hopefully last) and we had no idea what to expect along the journey but Christopher was there to patiently guide us, he was always available to us with a direct line, he arranged the expert witnesses to support our case and came up with various ways to achieve a settlement e.g. mediation, blind bidding etc. Thanks again Christopher, you persevered and won, we certainly could not have done it without you!

Kathryn W. was appointed to help us on a personal liability claim which has now settled. It has been about a year and I am fully satisfied with the outcome. Kathryn was responsive and professional at all times and diligent with her correspondence. The process was new to me and this did entail a fair amount of back and forth to understand the sequence, timing and choices of steps to be taken. All these were responded to in a timely fashion.

I used ARAG Law - linked to our home insurance provided by Hiscox - to pursue a personal injury claim against a motorbike rider who drove into me. I was very pleased with the service provided: frequent updates on progress; clear advice on the offer made by the insurer; and a successful outcome.

This is the worst legal service I have ever experienced. A simple case has dragged on for 13 months, been passed between three paralegals, and only prompted senior associate involvement due to my repeated complaints.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who worked on my behalf in this case. They worked diligently and presented my evidence and statements correctly and accurately, despite false evidence to the contrary, offered by the other party.

Helpful in resolving matters and always on hand. Acted as a good buffer between the parties in dispute.

Arag were supposed to be assisting with the eviction of my tenant but their incompetence led to my hearing being dismissed and a resulting 9 month delay to the process.

To make matters worse I am now unable to receive any response from them in order to rectify the issue.

I would avoid these people like the plague as they aren't fit for purpose and have now professional integrity.

Alice from ARAG Law was extremely helpful, efficient and solution focused. We felt in very good hands. She has managed to resolve a property dispute for us where we had significant damage to our property and managed to get us back the money to put the damage right and start again. It has been a hugely stressful difficult time for us but her efficiency and determination to help have been pivotal in getting us a satisfatory resolution.

Avoid any insurance policy that has legal cover by ARAG Law! In over 18 months all they have done is send 2 letters. Claims are handled by incompetent juniors who are over worked and do not stick to deadlines.

Because ARAG Law have not progressed my claim appropriately, my tenants have been left in a dangerous situation and my property is at risk of further damage from a neighbour.

Complaining by official routes has so far proven a waste of time, they claim to: acknowledge within 2 days and give a named complaints investigator, and then give formal response within 15 working days. I only got an acknowledgment after 20 working days, still no name of who is investigating, no formal response, and not a word about my actual legal claim being progressed.

Please avoid!!!
