I’m so grateful to ARAG LAW as they have advised me through a thoroughly stressful time dealing with sofology and trying to get a solution to a ongoing problem. I first spoke with a lovely chap named Samuel Davies who was extremely patient with me as I’m partially deaf. I explained how we had bought a chair which is not fit for purpose and explained how we were getting messed about and he advised me to email the company and complain to the necessary department etc and wait for a reply. This we did and had a response on the same day. The offer they made was not acceptable so as Instructed I called ARAG LAW back and spoke to an equally lovely helpful lady named Sophia Ahmed who advised me further of my legal rights. I have since sent an email listing the consumer rights and where I stand. This would not be possible without the help and support of this company. Fantastic service and a fantastic team. I started with DAS which was then acquired by Arag Law. The change over was seamless. They were dealing with a personal injury claim. While dealing with both companies the communication was always timely and clear. There wasn't really anything that could have been better.
I would recommend.

I first spoke with (what is now) Arag law in April 2024. Our initial interactions were hampered by staff turnover & I have to admit that as a result we mearly missed a critical deadline. Fortunately other staff quickly stepped in and the case started to progress.
It has been a long process, but we finally managed staff continuity from ca. September 2024, both with Arag and the barrister. I suspect that all 3 of us have learn't quite a lot in the last 12 months (both on a legal and a personal level) which has bonded us as a team. This resulted in an excellent outcome at yesterdays' mediation hearing, so thank you to everyone involved and best wishes for the future!

Dealing with these right now, THEY DONT Care about you, even think they are getting paid by the other insurance to go against me, NO CARE AT ALL. PLEASE AVOID. Update, spoken to 2 solicitors today who don't care what my own Dr's have said, and are going to listen to their "expert" Dr, even though I told thier Dr about something 1 year after my accident, and both are not doing/ said anything about it. Absolutely useless solicitors. As you can see, they dont care and just say complain about us. Decent firm would sort this, but not these. And im not the only 1 who has had problems. Check google reviews, more truthful reviews there. Even had 1 of there solicitors call me and ask is the pain in my head, saying im making it up. AVOID

My experience has been great so far. I was appointed Jasmine as a single point of contact and I have to say she has been brilliant.
She has guided me through the whole process, answering my many questions clearly and promptly. She made a difficult process much easier.

Deeanna Bond gave excellent legal service. She was quick and to the point with her advice and commercial in her approach. I am a retired lawyer, so in a good position to judge her capabilities, which were excellent.

They accepted the legal insurance claim on 2nd October . 6 weeks later they still haven’t finished reviewing it to see if it complies with their 51% chance of winning rule. Have submitted two formal complaints as now holding up issuing letter before action as no one available to speak to. Claims handler is very pleasant but not allowed to share an important document they have received which I need in order to issue the LBA myself. Can’t speak to anyone dealing with the case, leave messages no response. Pretty disappointing experience re case ref 030013/0001580

I am writing this review for my father who was helped by the company.
The claim was rather complicated and time consuming, but the company kept us both informed and updated at all times.
Paul Rosser was very knowledgeable and also realistic about expectations, which is very reassuring and avoided any drama or spin.
A fair and honest company that wanted a result for both parties.
